• Responsible in developing and reviewing the annual compensation review process which include job evaluation, salary and benefits market competitiveness benchmarking, merit increase recommendations and all other policies and guidelines related to total compensation and benefits.

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to support our People Engagement & Learning initiatives. This internship offers hands-on exposure to employee engagement, learning and development, wellness programs, corporate events, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement & Culture
