Financial

Work with F&B Manager in the preparation and management of the Catering Sales/Operations budget. Duties include:

As part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our passionate team and help strengthen our engagement with SMEs, business associations, and corporate partners across Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and nurture strong relationships with SMEs, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
Identify and pursue financing opportunities within government, GLC, and PLC contract networks.
Oversee the end-to-end client onboarding process—from application to disbursement.
Provide tailored financial advisory on Commerze Capital’s range of financing solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient processing, accurate reporting, and client satisfaction.
Represent Commerze Capital at industry events, networking sessions, and business forums.
Contribute to achieving company sales goals and business growth targets.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
2–4 years of experience in relationship management, SME banking, or B2B sales.
Strong knowledge of SME financing, supply chain, or trade-related financial products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
