A. Objektif Jawatan

Jurutera Pelancaran Girder bertanggungjawab menyelia perancangan teknikal dan pelaksanaan di tapak pembinaan girder kotak segmental (SBG). Peranan ini memastikan semua aktiviti pelancaran dijalankan dengan selamat, mengikut jadual dan mematuhi spesifikasi kejuruteraan dan piawaian kualiti dengan ketat.

B. Tanggungjawab Kerja

• Pernyataan & Perancangan Kaedah: Menyusun dan memperhalusi skim pembinaan yang komprehensif dan pernyataan kaedah untuk sokongan rangka penuh dan urutan pelancaran girder.
• Lukisan Teknikal: Sediakan dan semak lukisan pembinaan terperinci, termasuk pelan lencongan trafik (TDP), kedudukan gantri pelancaran dan kerja-kerja sementara.
• Kawalan Kualiti: Pantau dan kawal kualiti pembinaan yang berkaitan dengan pembinaan galang kotak bersegmen (SBG) dengan ketat, memastikan penjajaran, perataan dan integriti struktur yang tepat.
• Dokumentasi: Menyusun, menyelenggara dan menyerahkan dokumen kejuruteraan dalaman, diari tapak, rekod pemeriksaan (RFI) dan laporan kemajuan.
• Penyeliaan Tapak: Menyelia kru pelancar dan subkontraktor untuk memastikan pematuhan terhadap protokol keselamatan dan keperluan teknikal.
• Tugas Ad-hoc: Menjalankan tugas-tugas lain yang berkaitan dengan pembinaan jambatan/jejambat dan pemasangan girder seperti yang diarahkan oleh Pengurus Projek.

C. Keperluan Kerja

• Minimum 3–5 tahun pengalaman di tapak khususnya dalam pembinaan Segmental Box Girder (SBG).
• Calon yang mempunyai pengalaman terbukti dalam projek LRT, MRT atau jejambat lebuh raya utama akan diberi keutamaan.
• Mesti mahir berbahasa Inggeris dan Melayu untuk memudahkan komunikasi antara pihak berkepentingan, pekerja tapak dan pihak pengurusan. Kemahiran berbahasa Cina adalah satu kelebihan tambahan.
• Berkemahiran tinggi dalam AutoCAD untuk lukisan pembinaan dan Microsoft Office untuk pelaporan.
• Kebolehan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang sangat baik, dengan pemikiran penyelesaian masalah untuk cabaran khusus tapak.
• Diploma atau Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Kejuruteraan Awam atau bidang berkaitan.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Quantity Surveyor who is capable of managing the full spectrum of QS functions independently. This role requires a high level of autonomy, as you will be responsible for the entire submission process and contractual management at the site level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Set Submissions: Manage the complete cycle of documentation, including progress claims, Variation Orders (VO), and Final Accounts.
• Contractual Claims: Independently prepare and submit Extension of Time (EOT), Loss and Expense (L&E) claims, and other contractual justifications.
• Independent Management: Take full ownership of all site-related commercial documents without requiring close supervision.
• Liaison: Act as the sole commercial representative for the company in all dealings with the Main Contractor and Consultants regarding site measurements, valuations, and site records.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Site QS roles (Infrastructure/Civil works preferred).
• Proven knowledge and experience in full-set submission documents.
• Must have practical experience in drafting and submitting EOT and contractual letters.
• Ability to work individually and lead the site’s commercial function effectively.
• Strong negotiation skills and deep understanding of construction law/contract forms.

• Review electrical drawings, specifications, method statements, and shop drawings.

• Stand in for Assistant Shop Manager if needed to handle departmental operations and ensure consistency in the standard of retail operations.
• To assist in maintenance and cleaning of shop premises.
• To assist in stock take (routine, ad-hoc & annual) as and when required.
• Update to Shop Manager on staff performance.
• Update to Shop Manager if any Customer feedbacks.
• Implement/execute sales & promotion plans as and when required.
• Any other legal assignments requested by management from time to time.

This position is responsible for the supervision of the Kitchen Stewards to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience while supporting the overall Back of House operations.

The Supervisor is responsible for supporting daily NPI operations to ensure NPI targets are met in terms of build plan, product quality, productivity, and cost. This role oversees manufacturing performance indicators, manpower coordination, logistics execution, and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and system requirements.

The incumbent plays a key role in driving operational excellence, sustaining factory performance, and leading improvement projects to achieve business objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure production execution for NPI meets the build plan, quality standards, and delivery commitments.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve manufacturing performance indicators, inactive lots, productivity, incidental losses, logistics performance, 6S, and cost.
• Coordinate logistics activities to support NPI production yield and ensure execution follows the approved plan.
• Manage and control NPI build schedules to meet allocated timelines and output targets.
• Sustain production housekeeping, 6S practices, and support special operational tasks as required.
• Monitor and manage inactive lot indicators to minimize work-in-progress and delays.
• Coach, supervise, and optimize headcount utilization; balance shift manpower to meet production needs.
• Lead and manage continuous improvement and manufacturing projects from planning through execution and closure.
• Track project progress, prepare reports, and present results to management.
• Ensure compliance with system and customer requirements, including IMS, 8D problem-solving, and RBA standards.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
