Reporting to the Senior Analytics Manager in the Integrity team, you will be a key analytics partner in operationalizing the Unified Risk Platform that manages risk across the Grab Ecosystem. We're looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our Technical Infrastructure team, specifically focusing on Data Platform. In this role, you'll collaborate with engineering, data science, analytics, and product teams to pinpoint areas for improvement and develop impactful solutions. The Data Platform team empowers the underlying platform and infrastructure that supports all data applications in Grab, including data ingestion, data storage, data discovery, data query, data quality, and data activation. You'll work with cross-functional leaders across the company to drive organization-wide changes.

You will report to the Head of Product, Data Tech and AI, and base onsite at our Petaling Jaya office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Define and execute the product strategy for the Data Platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop tailored solutions.
• Gather requirements, conduct user research, and prioritise the product backlog ensuring the team focuses on high-impact projects.
• Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and deeply understand their needs and challenges.

This role covers the activities post inputs are received from the source - retailers/vendors. Primary focus is to be the bridge between the Supplier Engagement team and other Ops pillars. System changes surveys, BAU query resolution, MSD tickets tracking and closure, KPIs reporting, productivity initiatives, RCAs are the key areas of work for this team. Apart from this, the team is also responsible to analyze, classify and management of the data. This role is accountable for handling data queries arising from BAU quality checks (RAP & DQI scoring).

Job Responsibilities

Retailer Onboarding and Engagement:

• Collaborate with the Supplier Engagement Lead on retailer onboarding.
• Ensure compliance for received data by working closely with retailers and NielsenIQ teams.
• Track retailer or vendor data quality and conduct regular reviews with internal stakeholders and retailers.
• Drive specific quality improvement goals for retailers, including change management related to data receipt.
• Handle large data sets with exposure to multiple formats and TLog data.
• Understanding of SAP, transactional data handling, FTP, and MFT setup and maintenance.
•  Ability to extract, transform, load, and clean large data sets from multiple sources.
• Familiarity with managing, querying, and aggregating large data sets.

System Change and Data Corrections:

• Plan and follow up on operational activities.
• Address data corrections due to MSD or other data errors through retailer discussions and planning with Ops.

• Collaborate with INS team on results of eDive for System change.

Stakeholder Management & BAU Collaboration and Communication:

• Act as the internal SPOC for Ops and regional leadership teams.

Opportunity Identification:

This Data Operations Analyst is responsible for data input validation and data cleaning focusing on specific industry/category or set of categories (e.g., Beverages, Food, Health and Beauty Products). As a Data Processing Specialist of Input Validation function at NielsenIQ, you support the create and deliver client output deliveries in a correct and timely manner.

• Be the contact for commercial queries, leading the resolution in a client-focused and timely manner in cooperation with Client Liaison and Commercial teams. To be able to identify, investigate and coordinate the resolution of data, process or product related queries

Reporting to the Senior Analytics Manager, you will work with Product, Operations, and Business teams to optimize the inventory-led supply chain, from assortment and availability to fulfillment and delivery. Your work will directly shape how we scale our operations and deliver a seamless grocery experience to millions of users through AI and active experiments.

Your role involves in:

• Reducing stockouts and substitutions
• Improving catalog quality and assortment efficiency
• Optimizing dark store and merchant fulfillment performance
• Balancing freshness, waste, and availability for perishable goods

This role is base onsite in our Petaling Jaya office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Analyze and optimize inventory availability and assortment performance, including in-stock rates, substitution rates, and catalog health across dark stores and merchant partners
• Solve main supply chain challenges such as stockouts, overstocking, perishability, and demand-supply mismatch
• Develop and monitor core supply chain metrics (eg: in-stock rate, fill rate, substitution rate, waste/shrinkage, order fulfillment time)
• Partner with Product and Operations teams to design experiments (including A/B testing) to improve availability, fulfillment quality, and customer experience
• Build data models and tools to support demand forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment strategies
• Optimize picker and packing efficiency, batching logic, and fulfillment workflows within dark stores and merchant operations
• Define data requirements and instrumentation for new supply chain features, ensuring accurate and scalable data capture
• Champion AI-first analytics workflows, using automation and new tools to improve forecasting, anomaly detection, and operational decision-making.
