Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Own relationships with ICT vendors, MSPs, and service providers
• Review and negotiate ICT contracts, MSAs, and SOWs
• Collaborate with business units to translate operational needs into ICT solutions

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and grow an ICT team across support, infrastructure, and systems functions
• Set KPIs and drive a culture of continuous improvement

REQUIREMENTS

These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role:

• Dual-Domain Expertise (ICT + Tech Risk): 5+ years of hands-on experience managing IT Infrastructure/Operations, combined with 2+ years of direct responsibility over First Line of Defence (LOD1), IT Governance, or RCSA frameworks in a highly regulated environment.
• Technical Compliance Fluency: Proven experience implementing and auditing technical controls against global industry frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, or ITIL) across modern cloud-heavy (AWS/Azure) environments.
• High-Pressure Execution & Stakeholder Management: A track record of staying calm and decisive during critical system outages, paired with the communication skills needed to confidently manage audit pushback and influence engineering teams to adopt "secure-by-design" practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or high-growth tech companies
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL, or cloud certifications (GCP/AWS/Azure)
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (Jira, ServiceNow, or equivalent)
