Key Responsibilities 

A. Campaign Execution & Channel Management 

• End-to-End Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events for the assigned brand portfolio. 
• Digital Mastery: Oversee social media accounts (posting, scheduling, community management/customer service), content strategy, and digital assets for the assigned brands. 
• Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for external suppliers and vendors, managing relationships and deliverables for promotions and printing materials. 
• Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing campaign performance and social media metrics to provide actionable insights for optimization. 

B. Content & Event Support 

• Content Creation Support: Work with the in-house Designer/Agency to coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing collaterals, visuals, and content. 
• Event/Project Management: Manage logistical aspects of in-store promotions, media tasting events, and nightlife activations, ensuring all materials (menus, displays, PR kits) are delivered on time. 
• Budget Management Support: Assist the Brand Manager in managing the marketing budget and tracking costs/COGS for promotional items. 

C. Professionalism & Accountability (Ownership Mandate) 

• Ownership and Proactiveness: Own assigned tasks and deadlines. Be proactive in offering support, suggesting campaign improvements, and taking the initiative to move tasks forward. 
• Communication & Deadlines: Ensure all communication channels are utilized properly. Ensure execution tasks are completed on deadline and provide solid, proper actionable updates to the reporting manager. 
• Reporting: Assist the Brand Manager in preparing campaign recaps and updates for WIP meetings. 
• Responsiveness: Be responsive during working hours, acknowledging that you are a key executor whose timely response is critical to team delivery.

• Identify and source suitable affiliates based on different products and campaign requirements
• Conduct outreach and build connections with affiliates (DM, WhatsApp, email, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

Digital Content & Social Media

● Assist in developing and managing RIM’s digital and social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, X and TikTok.

● Create engaging and informative content to promote RIM initiatives, campaigns, industry updates and events.

● Monitor social media engagement and perform basic community management to ensure positive audience interaction.

Marketing & Communications

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field

We are looking for an enthusiastic and resilient Specialist, Marketing Tech, Regional to join our team of 3-4.

While the title is "Marketing Tech," this isn't a typical SaaS or app marketing role. For us, it means being the strategic engine that designs and manages the technical backbone for our core B2B logistics services.

Your mission is to identify intent signals by leading the integration of our Marketing Tools (CRM, automation, and AI Agents) and optimising our end-to-end workflows. It's all about ensuring data integrity, automating lead scoring to detect high-value accounts, and creating the sophisticated digital systems required to shorten the sales cycle.

You will fit perfectly if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are creative, analytical, organised, and have a sharp eye for detail. We're looking for a natural self-starter with a structured and clear way of communicating.

A DAY IN A LIFE
As a start-up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

• Manage and Develop Integrated Workflows & Tool Utilisation: Spearhead the creation of effective, end-to-end integrated workflows, leveraging AI Agents and the existing Marketing Tools stack (CRM, automation platforms) to connect Marketing CRM, Sales CRM, and the customer database, with a focus on supporting demand generation activities.
• Automation of Demand Generation Processes: Automating key demand generation processes, such as intent signal capture, lead scoring, and segmentation, leveraging AI agents and machine learning capabilities where applicable.
• CRM Strategy Analysis: Analyse customer data to refine CRM strategies.
• Marketing Technologies Integration & Management: Collaborate on integrating and managing the full Marketing Tools stack and automation tools, ensuring they align with and bolster demand generation efforts.
• Close Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work in tandem with the marketing team, including Content Marketing, Brand, PR & Communications, to ensure integrated marketing efforts and smooth lead transition.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Engage with external departments such as regional and local market stakeholders, Operations, and the Product team to align business strategies.

About the Role

We are searching for a highly motivated and technically strong CRM specialist to join our CRM MarTech team. This role is focused on the technical side of CRM execution - building, debugging, and improving how our CRM communications work behind the scenes. The SA&I Commercial team at NIQ/GfK is dedicated to driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and uncovering new business opportunities.  

As the growth engine of NIQ/GfK, the Sales function plays a critical role in the company’s overall success.  

In this role, you will be responsible for leading sales and renewals within your assigned portfolio—building a healthy and sustainable pipeline, identifying and developing new revenue streams, and strengthening relationships with existing clients.  

While the primary focus will be on the Finance and Tech & Durables sector, the scope of the role might extend to a few new sectors to expand.  

In your role, you would:    

• Drive sales and renewals for existing accounts for own Consumer Behavior Insights + Brand (CBI+B) scope securing pipeline, new revenue opportunities and an accurate forecasting while maintaining customer relationships   
• Develop a complete and interconnected understanding of customer's industry/business/markets/clusters   
• Partner with Customer Success and other relevant teams (e.g. Retail Measurement, Retailer + Tech & Durables Account Leaders) to develop and execute Account Plans and JBPs   
• Working with Customer Success teams to ensure client satisfaction 
• Collect, analyze, act-on Voice of Customer feedback   
• Expand customer network to identify new budget holders   
• Escalate product needs and trends related to Consumer Behaviour Insights and Brand (CBI+B) products and solutions

The part you will play

We are looking for an experienced People Operation Specialist to you will be an active contributor in a wide range of HR activities. This will involve providing support on day to day HR operations including  onboarding, offboarding, payroll, employee engagement, culture, HR reporting, etc. You will also get a chance to participate in a host of HR projects. This role will be reporting to our  Regional People Operations Lead.

As a People Ops Specialist, you will take charge of

• Handle onboarding, offboarding and transfer administration for all people movements such as new hires, promotions, transfers, re-designation, resignations and terminations
• Support new joiners’ onboarding and leavers’ offboarding process, including collating staff movement announcements, planning and executing teams orientation and other engagement programs such as office welcome tour, interns community program
• Coordinates office facilities contracts and related operations
• Monitor, upkeep and ensure security and accuracy of employees' records and documents in HRIS
• Maintain and update employee handbook, guidelines, policies, and process flows.
• Process employee requests for information and related employment visas, permits, and regulatory applications
• Generate timekeeping and deductibles reports for payroll.
• Generate and analyze HR reports to improve efficiency and effectiveness of people decisions
• Participate and contribute towards implementation of local and regional HR projects, strategies and initiatives.
• Execute Employer Branding initiatives to build a powerful B2B brand presence that attracts top of funnel candidates
• Assist in implementing Performance Management process and Employee Relations
• Facilitate setup of Employee Engagement activities, including but not limited to Company Team building, and Country Town Halls, games nights, AMAs, events, etc
• Partake in research and development of Culture building initiatives, as well as learning and development opportunities for employees
• Assist in streamlining current HR processes and payroll  & benefits procedures
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned such as office management and administrative functions

Role Overview

We are a fast-growing insurtech company focused on transforming the motor insurance ecosystem through automation, data, and customer-centric digital experiences. Our mission is to simplify insurance operations, reduce processing time, and improve accuracy across the policy lifecycle. 

We are looking for a Power Automate Specialist to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions across our insurance operations. The role will focus on improving operational efficiency, reducing manual workload, and enhancing data accuracy across policy workflows and customer engagement.

You will work closely with Business Transformation, Operations, Product, and Technology teams to automate high-volume processes using RPA tools and integrate data pipelines across systems such as CRM, Google Cloud and messaging platforms.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

RPA Development & Automation

• Design, develop, and maintain RPA bots to automate repetitive insurance processes (quotation handling, policy issuance, claims).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Build robust, scalable, and efficient automation workflows following RPA best practices.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and validation of RPA solutions to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize RPA bots to ensure continuous performance.
• Ensure automation solutions comply with regulatory and data security requirements
• Optimize existing automation scripts to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability.
• Provide technical support and resolve issues related to RPA bots in production.
• Implement proper exception handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms.

Process Automation & System Integration

• Automate data workflows between internal systems, CRM platforms, and third-party applications.
• Integrate RPA workflows with APIs, databases, and cloud-based platforms.
• Work with structured and semi-structured data from multiple systems.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in RPA tools (e.g., Power Automate Desktop).
• Experience working in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage.
• Experience in scripting/programming languages (e.g., Python, VBScript, JavaScript, C#) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with process analysis, workflow design, and system integration.
• Understanding of database queries (SQL) and API integration.
