Main Responsibilities :

• To assist HOD on covering full spectrum of Administration and HR function for Malaysia.
• Work closely with HOD to ensure organizational success and achieve department objectives through various Admin & HR initiatives.
• To maintain and upkeep the reception area, conference, training, discussion, presentation room and ground floor, to ensure that they are clean and in well-kept condition.
• Set up and maintain administration filing system.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the immediate superior / Management.

To support Administration functions:

• Responsible for renewal of DIGI lines, photostate machines, road tax, puspakom vehicles inspection, insurance of company vehicles, general insurance of the Company, myKPP, fire extinguisher, business licence, company properties tenancy agreement and etc.
• To arrange and monitor pest control, office maintenance and upkeep if required, i.e. lighting, water dispenser, air-cond, office furniture & fittings, fax machines, photocopy machines, printers, telephones, electrical works and etc.
• Arrange internal / external technician for office maintenance work if necessary
• Welcome and greet all visitors, vendors, clients, candidates in a professional manner and inform the appropriate personnel.
• To answer incoming calls and to forward these calls to the appropriate personnel.
• To record messages in cases where the relevant personnel is not in the office; subsequently informing personnel of the call and its purpose.
• Handle all courier services, collection, mailing, distribution of intercompany mails and forwarding faxes.
• In-charge of all purchases of stationeries / printing materials / name cards for all the HQ, branches or Singapore if required.
• Verify all the company’s monthly DIGI bills.
• Responsible for the claim for company’s general insurance, group insurance and staffs’ SOCSO claim.

To support HR function :

• Administer and updating E-leave system, attendance and medical claims of all the staffs / branches;
• Arrange yearly medical check-up for qualified staffs;
• Update staff personal particulars if required / when necessary

• Record and submit cleaner attendance to Ms Judy (Account Dept) for salary payment.
• Assist HR to prepare yearly attendance record (zero MC, zero claim, perfect attendance list)
• Compile of monthly attendance by department
• Monitor of staff’s accumulated time off hours application in systems (refer to employee handbook)
• Register of new staff thumbprint

Tanggungjawab

• Membangun, menguji dan melaksanakan penyelesaian perisian untuk projek mesin selaras dengan garis masa.

• Mendokumentasikan proses pembangunan perisian, termasuk manual pengguna dan panduan teknikal.
• Mengenal pasti dan melaksanakan penambahbaikan untuk meningkatkan kecekapan dan fungsi perisian.
• Memastikan semua penyelesaian perisian mematuhi piawaian industri dan keperluan pelanggan.
• Pantau kemajuan projek bagi memastikan ia selaras dengan tarikh akhir dan hasil kerja.

Keperluan

• Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Kejuruteraan Perisian, Sains Komputer, Kejuruteraan Elektrik atau bidang yang berkaitan.
• Minimum 5–8 tahun pengalaman berkaitan dalam pembangunan perisian, sebaik-baiknya dalam mesin, automasi atau sistem pembuatan.
• Pengalaman langsung dengan pengaturcaraan PLC dan platform kawalan perindustrian (contohnya Beckhoff, Omron, Siemens) diperlukan atau sangat diutamakan.
• Pengalaman bekerja dengan sistem kawalan mesin, perisian perindustrian atau integrasi sistem adalah satu kelebihan.
• Mampu bekerjasama secara berkesan dengan jurutera mekanikal dan elektrikal dalam persekitaran berasaskan projek.
• Pengalaman dalam membimbing atau membimbing jurutera junior adalah diutamakan.
• Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dalam Bahasa Inggeris & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin adalah satu kelebihan).

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of software solutions that support our advanced engineering systems and automation technologies. Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement software solutions for machine projects in line with timelines.
• Lead R&D activities to create innovative software solutions and improve existing systems.
• Provide hands-on support in software development and debugging processes.
• Guide and mentor engineers and junior engineers in technical tasks and best practices.
• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams to ensure seamless integration of software with machine systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in software development, preferably in machine, automation, or manufacturing systems.
• Hands-on experience with PLC programming and industrial control platforms (e.g. Beckhoff, Omron, Siemens) is required or highly preferred.
• Experience working with machine control systems, industrial software, or system integration is an advantage.
• Able to collaborate effectively with mechanical and electrical engineers in a project-based environment.
• Experience in mentoring or guiding junior engineers is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
