Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development, maintenance, and continuous optimization of AI Customer Service Chatbots, including improving bot response quality, reducing escalation-to-human rates, and enhancing customer satisfaction
• Manage customer service-related tools and platforms, including but not limited to Zendesk, internal help desk systems, ticketing workflows, automation rules, and knowledge base configurations

Mandatory Requirements

• Hands-on experience in building and managing AI Chatbot / Conversational AI solutions
• Familiarity with Zendesk platform configuration, maintenance, and core modules

Technical Skills

• Familiar with at least one AI / NLP / LLM application scenario

The role

An integral part of the Love, Bonito value chain, the Omnichannel Operations team, is responsible for coordinating and executing weekly launches, marketplace operations, item master, packing list management and inventory management. The team is also the SAP specialists within the Operations Department and is responsible for order management for local markets. You will be directly responsible for managing orders with vendors, for our country trade partners as well as packing lists to support international expansion, as well as other digital operations within the Omnichannel Operations team.

Main responsibilities :

Packing List Management

• Ensure that the information provided by suppliers in the detailed packing list is correct. Liaise with suppliers to make corrections.
• Track the performance of errors made in the detailed packing list and provide feedback to Sourcing and Production.
• Monthly reports of comparing Purchase quotation and good received to spot any discrepancies on quantities or price, sounding out issues to the production team if any.
• Maintain the repository of all detailed packing lists in a neat and organized manner.

Merchandise Operations

What will you do :

• Support regional day-to-day operational compliance tasks including payment approval, customer onboarding (including CDD and EDD) and transaction monitoring
• Conduct and review PEP/sanctions checks and adverse news screening
• Perform suspicious transaction/fraud investigation across markets and suggest next course of action
• Collaborate with different teams, such as sales/cs, finance and engineering team to handle client queries
• Assist in ad hoc project assigned by team leader including periodic account review, platform process improvement project, etc
• Keep informed about industry developments, trends and best practices and assess its effect on operational processes

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or relevant field
• 2+ years of operations, compliance and/or KYC experience, ideally within financial services or payments industry
• Good knowledge of AM/CFT and onboarding industry processes and fraud trends
• Attention to details and hands on attitude able to complete tasks with tight deadlines
• An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills
• Sound judgment and strong sense of ethics
• Transaction monitoring (i.e. identify suspicious transactions behaviors)
• Fluent in English speaking and writing is a must (can speak/write in Bahasa is a bonus)

Job Overview

The Enablement and Innovation Specialist is an individual contributor that plays an end-to-end role shaping and driving Technology's technical learning and community engagement approach across APAC. Reporting into the Community Engagement & Innovation Manager, you will partner closely with Technology leaders and key stakeholders to identify capability needs, translate them into practical learning plans, and drive stronger adoption and engagement across Technology.

The role champions a culture where engagement and learning are embedded into the way we work—creating sustainable communities of practice, lifting learning platform adoption, and ensuring our tech EVP is authentically communicated inside and outside SEEK.

Technical Learning Pathway Design and Adoption

• Drive the development and continuous improvement of Technology's learning enablement approach across APAC, aligned to capability priorities and business needs.
• Own, design and deliver technical learning plans including role-based pathways, blended learning experiences, campaigns, labs, and peer learning initiatives with coordinated calendar and rhythm.
• Drive adoption and engagement through proactive communications, champion networks, manager enablement and regional activation, whilst monitoring participation, platform usage and program effectiveness to inform continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Partnership and Regional Delivery

• Partner with Technology leaders and key stakeholders to identify capability gaps, prioritise learning needs and design targeted interventions tailored to regional context whilst maintaining global coherence and quality.
• Represent learning enablement priorities across APAC with credible thought partnership and strong stakeholder alignment, including designing approaches to improve HRDF uptake in Malaysia.

Community, Enablement and Capability Uplift

• Act as local program lead for flagship internal events (e.g., Hackathon), coordinating local activations and converting event insights into action plans for continuous improvement.
• Support communities of practice across priority disciplines (engineering, data/AI, architecture, security, product/design) by establishing clear purpose, cadence and value propositions; recruit and coach community leads; and maintain community roadmaps.
• Build repeatable tools, templates, playbooks and governance mechanisms that improve consistency and scalability of learning enablement across Technology, whilst contributing to a connected Technology community and culture of innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development and Execution

a. Strategic Planning: Partner closely with the Senior Director and leadership team to shape the CX & Service Operations strategy, ensuring alignment with company priorities and financial targets.

b. Translation to Execution: Convert strategic priorities into clear roadmaps, initiatives, and OKRs across Service Operations.
c. Prioritization: Support trade-offs and decision making by bringing structure, data, and clear recommendations to leadership.
 

2. Chief of Staff and Governance

a. Operating Cadence: Own and run core governance forums, including MBRs, QBRs, leadership reviews, and All Hands.

b. OKR Management: Track progress against OKRs, ensuring clear ownership, visibility, and accountability across teams.

c. Executive Support: Act as a thought partner to the Senior Director, preparing materials, defining narratives, and ensuring alignment ahead of key decisions.
 

3. Cross-Functional Program Delivery

a. Project Leadership: Lead and drive highly complex, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Finance, Marketplace, Vendor Ops, and Support teams.

b. Execution Tracking: Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, with clear milestones, risks identified early, and mitigation plans in place.

c. Problem Solving: Act as the escalation point for key blockers, driving resolution across teams and senior stakeholders.
 

4. Performance Management and Insights

a. KPI Ownership: Track and analyse core operational metrics (CSAT, contact rate, cost per contact, cost to onboard, automation rate, etc.) to identify performance gaps and opportunities.

b. Insight Generation: Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations to improve both customer experience and cost efficiency.

c. Reporting: Deliver clear, concise updates to leadership on performance, risks, and progress against strategic priorities

We are looking for a hands-on and commercially minded Finance Manager to take ownership of the company’s finance function. As the key finance owner in the company, the Finance Manager manages the finance function end-to-end. The Finance Manager works closely with the CEO on financial planning, cashflow management, forecasting, reporting, and accounting.

The ideal candidate is someone who combines strong finance fundamentals with business acumen, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growing company environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Prepare and manage company budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Develop and maintain:
• P&L forecasts
• Cashflow projections
• Budget vs actual reporting
• Financial dashboards and KPI reporting
• Support scenario planning and financial modelling for business decisions

Business Planning

• Advise the CEO with financial analysis and business insights
• Assist with cost management and profitability tracking
• Provide financial input for operational and strategic initiatives

Financial Operations

• Do accounting using Xero
• Oversee monthly management accounts and financial reporting
• Monitor company cashflow, expenses, and working capital
• Ensure timely and accurate financial closing processes
• Improve finance workflows, controls, and reporting systems

Audit & Compliance

• Prepare company accounts, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for annual financial audits
• Coordinate annual financial audits and liaise with external auditors
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and statutory filings
• Work with external accountants, tax agents, and corporate secretaries
• Prepare regular reports to shareholders

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a finance management or FP&A
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong experience in:
• Financial forecasting
• Budgeting and FP&A
• Cashflow management
• Financial reporting
• Audit coordination
• Good understanding of accounting standards and financial controls
• Experienced in company financial audits
• Strong Excel / financial modelling skills
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently

We are seeking a high calibre individual to join the Transformation and Program Management office of the CEO that is responsible for driving org wide cross functional transformation programs across operating model redesign, process optimization, strategic partnership launches and post-merger integration. This role partners closely with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into executable transformation programs that deliver measurable business impact - improved efficiency, scalability and organisational effectiveness.

In addition, the role will also entail partnering with tech leadership to ideate planning, prioritising and tracking of select product priorities.

• 5-8 years + experience (management consulting,deals advisory, in house corporate strategy), 10-12 years of experience, including high-level strategic oversight for Deputy Director role. Experience in fintech, payments is a plus
• For Deputy Director role, proven experience managing large cross functional initiatives across Product, Tech, Ops, Finance & Commercial teams will be required 
• Experience in structured PMO environments with governance, reporting and steering committees
• Exposure to transformation, operating model change, post merger integration is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to be able to articulate problems and obtain buy in from stakeholder teams 
• Comfortable in complex, dynamic environments and capable of independent delivery
