Peranan ini bertanggungjawab mengurus pengawasan kewangan, operasi Sumber Manusia dan fungsi pentadbiran sambil memimpin pasukan dalaman yang kecil dan menyelaras dengan sokongan perakaunan luar.

Tanggungjawab Utama

• Mengawasi operasi kewangan, pemantauan aliran tunai dan pelaporan pengurusan.
• Menyelaras dengan pasukan perakaunan penyumberan luar, juruaudit, ejen cukai dan bank.
• Memastikan pematuhan dengan keperluan berkanun dan kewangan.
• Menyelia operasi HR termasuk pengambilan pekerja, penyelarasan gaji, rekod pekerja dan pentadbiran HR.
• Mengendalikan hal ehwal pengurusan prestasi kakitangan dan perhubungan pekerja.
• Mengawasi pentadbiran pejabat, dokumentasi syarikat, lesen dan fungsi sokongan korporat.
• Memimpin dan menyelia kakitangan kewangan, HR dan pentadbiran.
• Meningkatkan proses dalaman, kawalan dan kecekapan operasi.
• Menyokong pengurusan dengan pelaporan, penganggaran dan penyelarasan operasi.

Keperluan Asas

• Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Perakaunan, Kewangan, Pentadbiran Perniagaan, Sumber Manusia atau bidang berkaitan.
• Minimum 5 tahun pengalaman kerja yang berkaitan dalam pengurusan kewangan dan pentadbiran.
• Pengalaman dalam kejuruteraan, pembinaan atau industri berasaskan projek adalah satu kelebihan tambahan.
• Pemahaman yang baik tentang operasi kewangan, pentadbiran HR dan pengurusan pejabat.
• Mahir dengan peraturan perundangan dan pekerjaan Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.

Campaign/ Tactical Planning, Monitoring & Execution

• Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of assigned tactical/ campaigns and activities in a cohesive, organised, and well-orchestrated manner, including but not limited to, budgets, planning, processes, deliverable, collaterals, and communications, as well as all necessary coordination and engagements with multiple stakeholders within the company, including but not limited to, marketing, product, sales, distribution, dealer management, operations, performance management, legal, system & IT, corporate communications, and finance.

Tanggungjawab:

• Bertanggungjawab untuk operasi tempahan penginapan CV2, termasuk platform OTA, saluran tempahan dalam talian dan sistem pengurusan hotel (PMS). Peranan ini memastikan pemprosesan tempahan yang cekap, pengurusan inventori bilik yang betul dan menyediakan sokongan operasi kepada kaunter penerimaan tetamu, termasuk daftar masuk, daftar keluar, penciptaan tempahan dan transaksi pembayaran tetamu. 1) Pengurusan Tempahan

2) Pengurusan saluran OTA dan dalam talian

3) Pengurusan Sistem Pengurusan Hartanah (PMS)

• Mengekalkan rekod tempahan yang tepat dalam sistem pengurusan hotel (PMS), termasuk penciptaan tempahan, pengubahsuaian, pembatalan dan penjejakan tempahan.

4) Sokongan operasi bahagian hadapan

• Melaksanakan tugas-tugas kaunter penerimaan tetamu seperti yang diperlukan, termasuk daftar masuk dan daftar keluar tetamu, membuat tempahan, memproses transaksi dan menjawab pertanyaan tetamu.

5) Pemantauan inventori dan tempahan

• Pantau ketersediaan bilik dan trend tempahan untuk mengelakkan tempahan berlebihan dan memastikan unit penginapan digunakan dengan cekap.

6) Khidmat pelanggan dan penyelesaian masalah

• Mengendalikan pertanyaan berkaitan tempahan dan membantu secara profesional dalam menyelesaikan masalah tempahan atau aduan tetamu.

7) Pelaporan dan Analisis Tempahan

• Sediakan laporan tempahan, ringkasan tempahan, laporan prestasi OTA dan statistik penghunian untuk semakan pihak pengurusan.

8) Laporan mingguan dan bulanan

• Sediakan laporan mingguan dan bulanan tentang jumlah hasil, prestasi tempahan dan statistik tempahan untuk setiap platform OTA untuk semakan pengurusan.

9) Penyelarasan merentas jabatan

• Bekerjasama rapat dengan pasukan kaunter penerimaan tetamu untuk memastikan ketibaan dan pemergian tetamu yang lancar, dan menyelaras dengan jabatan pemasaran untuk menyokong strategi promosi, acara dan tempahan dalam talian.
