Role Overview

The Strategic Brand & Partnerships Manager will lead LGSI’s brand positioning, strategic outreach, and ecosystem engagement agenda. This role sits at the intersection of business development, marketing, strategic communications, and thought leadership, translating LGSI’s investment thesis into compelling narratives and meaningful partnerships.

You will play a critical role in shaping LGSI’s identity as a purpose-led investment platform while enabling strategic relationships that drive visibility, influence, and catalytic capital.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Branding & Positioning

• Lead the development and execution of LGSI’s brand strategy and visual identity, ensuring alignment with LGSI’s mission, fund strategy, and organisational priorities.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all communication materials, investor decks, reports, the website, and public engagements.
• Build LGSI’s thought leadership presence through articles, media engagements, conferences, and speaking opportunities.
• Maintain brand governance and compliance, ensuring communications adhere to LGSI’s brand guidelines and sustainability disclosure standards.

2. Communications & Content Strategy

• Drive storytelling that connects LGSI’s investment pillars with measurable and authentic impact outcomes.
• Develop compelling multi-format content (social media, investor briefs, articles, ESG reports, campaign assets).
• Coordinate and manage the design, production, and publication of communication and marketing materials.
• Work closely with internal teams to translate technical investment insights into accessible narratives for partners, investors, and the wider ecosystem.

3. Ecosystem Engagement & Business Development

• Map, cultivate, and strengthen strategic relationships with investors, family offices, development finance institutions, corporates, and ecosystem partners.
• Support investor relations efforts, including narrative crafting that connects financial returns with sustainability outcomes.
• Prepare, maintain, and refine investor materials such as fund sheets, presentations, and periodic stakeholder updates.
• Represent LGSI at ecosystem events, dialogues, and partnership engagements to enhance visibility and trust in the LGSI brand.

4. Market Intelligence & Strategic Support

• Track trends in ESG investing, sustainable finance, climate innovation, and circular economy models.
• Translate market insights into strategic recommendations, positioning opportunities, or potential partnership pipelines.
• Support Senior Management with inputs for pitch materials, partnership proposals, and grant submissions.

5. Internal Collaboration & Alignment

• Partner with Investment, Sustainability, and Operations teams to ensure consistent messaging, brand alignment, and integration of impact data.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and delivery to ensure timely execution of branding, communications, and partnership initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For (Minimum Requirements)

• 5–8 years of experience in branding, strategic communications, partnerships, or related fields, ideally with exposure to financial services, ESG, sustainability, or corporate affairs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead branding and communication functions within a fast-paced, lean organisation.

As an Account Management Specialist, GrabMart, you will be responsible for:

• Establishing and manage strong business relationships with existing and potential top merchants to drive growth for GrabMart.
• Lead all elements of account management, including trend monitoring, business development strategy, partner negotiation, daily account management, and execution of key initiatives.
• Grow key accounts as measured by deliveries, GMV and revenue, as well as forming deeper relationships with partners through collaboration in other areas such as GrabPay, GrabAds, and GrabExpress.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will acquire and drive growth in key accounts as measured by deliveries, GMV, and revenue.
• Prepare weekly, monthly promotion planning & category strategy planning, including monitoring trends and suggesting/coordinating appropriate pricing & promotional activities.
• You will manage end-to-end deal management (including working with country BD, ads, GrabGifts, transport, food, pay/financial, operations, marketing, and product to ensure the success of the partnership).
• You will probe and investigate merchant's pain points and validate the issues they're facing with key partners, including mitigating escalations that may come through Customer Support.
• You will evaluate strategic and partnership opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• You will collaborate with different departments to tailor merchant-specific needs (e.g. customized reporting, marketing support, integrations).
• You will improve operational excellence by working with the merchants and operations teams.

Role Purpose

You will own the full lifecycle and commercial performance of Teleport’s contract portfolio — the rates, terms, and capacity commitments we lock in with customers on a longer-term basis. This is not a back-office filing role. You are the person who ensures contracts are commercially sound before we sign them, that they stay current once live, and that we are strategically growing the share of our capacity that sits under contract.

You sit at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Pricing. You will push the sales organisation on best practices, build the analytical frameworks that determine where and how much capacity should be contracted, and make sure nothing leaks between what we agree and what we bill.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contract Strategy & Capacity Planning

• Develop and maintain a target framework that determines how much of Teleport’s capacity per lane/market should be under contract vs. spot, balancing yield optimisation with volume security.
• Identify lanes and customers with low contract penetration. Work with sales teams to convert ad-hoc volumes into structured contract commitments.
• Before committing to any long-term contract, run a structured assessment against lane performance benchmarks, comparable customer terms, and margin thresholds — build and own this pre-commitment checklist.

2. Commercial Terms & Contract Quality

• Own the wording and commercial terms in all contract-rate agreements. Continuously improve standard clauses to protect Teleport’s position (e.g. Fuel Surcharge mechanisms, volume commitment definitions, penalty/ramp structures).
• Push best practices on the sales organisation: what a well-structured commitment looks like, how to negotiate volume floors, when to escalate.
• Ensure all necessary commercial information (lanes, surcharges, volume commitments, competitive context) is fully documented before any contract proceeds to approval.

3. Contract Lifecycle & Renewals

• Maintain the master database of all active customer contracts and bespoke rate agreements.
• Proactively trigger the renewal process 30–60 days before expiry. Flag contracts where terms should be renegotiated based on performance data.
• Initiate timely contract updates when market conditions, surcharges, or commercial terms change. Ensure no contract runs on stale terms.

4. Billing Accuracy & Finance Coordination

• Track and coordinate with Finance to ensure every contract is billed exactly as agreed — correct rates, correct surcharges, correct lanes.
• Perform regular spot-check audits: rates live in the Cargo Management System must match the signed contract. Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies.
• Liaise with the relevant teams to ensure approved rates are accurately uploaded into the CMS.

5. Workflow & Approvals

• Act as the central follow-up point to keep rate proposals moving through the internal approval hierarchy without bottlenecks.
• Verify that all proposed rates align with Teleport’s pricing strategy and margin requirements before final sign-off. Flag deviations immediately.

6. Reporting & Process Improvement

• Provide weekly reporting on contract portfolio status: pending deals, renewal pipeline, penetration rates by lane/customer, margin performance vs. spot.
• Identify process pain points and propose automation or system improvements to reduce manual effort and cycle times.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3–5 years in air cargo, logistics, or freight forwarding — specifically in Pricing, Revenue Management, or Commercial Operations.
• You understand yield, contract structures, and what makes a deal good or bad. Not just data entry — commercial judgment.
• High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modelling). Experience with Cargo Management Systems. Comfort with data.
• Near-obsessive focus on accuracy. One wrong surcharge or missed renewal has real revenue consequences.
• Confident following up with senior stakeholders and sales managers. You keep things moving without being asked.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

• Growing share of total capacity/revenue under contract vs. spot, by lane and market.

• Lead direct negotiations with landowners, land agents, and land aggregators on land acquisition terms, lease structures, and heads of agreement.
• Identify and pursue commercially attractive land parcels suitable for utility-scale ground mount and floating solar development above 15MW.
• Build and maintain a strong network of landowner and agent relationships across Peninsular Malaysia to support ongoing pipeline origination.
• Independently manage a portfolio of 5–8 active land parcels simultaneously, driving each parcel from initial contact through to signed heads of terms or option agreement.
• Represent the company credibly and professionally in all external landowner and agent interactions.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date land pipeline tracker covering all active, passive, and prospective parcels — including status, key contacts, terms under discussion, and next actions.
• Conduct monthly warmth checks on all passive parcels to prevent pipeline attrition and landowner disengagement.
• Flag commercially attractive new opportunities proactively to the Project Manager for strategic prioritisation.
• Coordinate with the Technical Feasibility Executive to ensure technical feasibility assessments are initiated promptly on parcels reaching the right stage of negotiation.
• Coordinate with the Land Formalities Executive to ensure land formalities, letters, and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
• Review and verify all land documents (lot numbers, coordinates, landowner names, acreage) for accuracy before external submission or legal engagement — zero tolerance for errors.
• Work with external legal counsel on title searches, encumbrance checks, and land conversion matters.
• Ensure all land acquisition documentation meets the standards required for financial close and regulatory submission.
• Maintain proper filing and document management for all land parcels under active development.
• Build relationships with local community leaders, village heads, and relevant authorities where required to facilitate land access and community support for project sites.
• Manage any landowner concerns or disputes professionally and in accordance with company policy.
• Liaise with government land offices, district councils, and relevant agencies on land-related regulatory matters as directed
• Report weekly to the Project Manager on pipeline status, active negotiations, risks, and opportunities.
• Participate in land team reviews and contribute to the broader development pipeline discussions.
• Support the Project Manager in representing the land pipeline to the Director and senior leadership as required.
• Collaborate with the EPCC, CRESS, and Special Projects teams to align land pipeline delivery with project development timelines.

• 3–5 years of direct experience in land acquisition, property negotiation, or real estate commercial roles ideally in the renewable energy, infrastructure, or plantation/agricultural sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business, Law, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record of independently negotiating and closing land deals not just supporting or coordinating.
• Experience managing multiple active land parcels or property transactions simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Malaysian land law, title structures (individual, strata, Malay Reserved Land), and land conversion processes is a significant advantage.
• Strong negotiation skills, able to handle landowner pushback, price discussions, and competing interests calmly and professionally.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, essential for landowner negotiations and internal reporting.
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage given the land agent ecosystem in Malaysia.
•  Possession of a valid driving licence and own transport preferred given the field-based nature of the role.
• Relationship-driven, builds trust with landowners and agents quickly; people-oriented and able to represent the company credibly at all levels.

As the Manager of Supply Chain Operations Excellence, you will design, implement, and scale world-class standard operating procedures (SOPs) across our qCommerce network of dark stores and distribution centers.

Serving as the champion for operational excellence, you will lead continuous optimization efforts to drive measurable improvements across our core supply chain metrics, including reliability, lead time (LT), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

You will report to Head of Supply Chain and be based onsite at Petaling Jaya office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Standard Work & Process Design: Design, document, and enforce standard work (SOPs) for all in-store and warehouse fulfillment activities, including picking, packing, counter handover flow, and outbound processes.
• Operational Excellence (OE) Implementation: Strengthen in-store operations by designing and rolling out roles like the 'store captain' to push for operation quality and ensuring adherence to key performance indicators like pick/pack/ready on time metrics.
• Continuous Optimization: Identify and address process bottlenecks and inefficiencies across the supply chain, such as reducing store operation lead time by redesigning outbound processes or optimizing manpower planning.
• Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Build and utilize monitoring tools like the operation performance center and dashboards to monitor operational metrics, review alarms, and manage critical systems.
• Last-Mile Fulfillment Optimization: Lead the continuous improvement of last-mile delivery processes, including rolling out new fulfillment orchestrations to improve reliability.
• Warehouse and Dark Store Layout Design: Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of dark store and distribution center layouts (e.g., racking, cold chain/chiller placement, inbound/outbound zones) to maximize space utilization, minimize pick travel time, and improve material handling efficiency.
• Risk & Incident Management: Set up response mechanisms to address force majeure events (e.g., heavy rain, floods) and proactively manage potential incidents to maintain reliability and meet SLAs.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be measured against critical OE metrics, including:

• Reliability: Order Completion Rate, Completed Filled Rate, and Pax/Mex/Dax Request Cancellation Rates.
• Lead Time (LT): Create to Delivery time, and breakdown metrics such as Accept to Ship LT and Accept to Pick Start LT.
• SLA & Compliance: Ship On Time Rate, Deliver On Time Rate, and MOR Adoption Rate.
