Qualifications & Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in air freight, freight forwarding, or logistics sales support.
• Strong understanding of air cargo processes, airline booking systems, and key documentation (e.g., AWB, MAWB/HAWB).

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Inventory & Warehouse Executive to support daily

logistics, inventory, and warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for shipment

coordination, inventory management, ERP/WMS operation, and cross-functional communication to

ensure smooth operational flow and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate and monitor overseas shipments from China and local supplier deliveries with suppliers

and appointed 3PL forwarders, including shipment schedule follow-up, delivery arrangement, and

The role

An integral part of the Love, Bonito value chain, the Omnichannel Operations team, is responsible for coordinating and executing weekly launches, marketplace operations, item master, packing list management and inventory management. The team is also the SAP specialists within the Operations Department and is responsible for order management for local markets. You will be directly responsible for managing orders with vendors, for our country trade partners as well as packing lists to support international expansion, as well as other digital operations within the Omnichannel Operations team.

Packing List Management

• Ensure that the information provided by suppliers in the detailed packing list is correct. Liaise with suppliers to make corrections.

You:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in social strategy, digital marketing, creative strategy, communications planning, or integrated campaigns.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, creator ecosystems, and emerging digital culture.
• Proven experience building social-first campaigns that drive engagement, talkability, and audience relevance.
• Strong grasp of paid social, content distribution, and performance optimisation.
• A strategic thinker with strong creative instincts and a natural understanding of internet culture.
• Comfortable translating insights, behaviours, and trends into compelling campaign ideas.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams, agencies, creators, and media partners.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior TQA Executive (Training & Quality Assurance) to drive training effectiveness and quality excellence across customer service operations. This role is responsible for evaluating training delivery, assessing trainer performance, identifying operational gaps, and ensuring new hires are equipped to deliver high-quality customer support across voice, chat, and email channels. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous improvement within customer experience operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and evaluations of customer service training sessions across voice, chat, and email support channels
• Assess trainer effectiveness and provide structured, actionable feedback to improve training delivery standards
• Identify gaps between training outcomes and actual operational performance, and recommend improvement initiatives
• Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Training, and QA teams to enhance overall service quality and training effectiveness
• Monitor and evaluate new hires’ post-training performance and onboarding readiness
• Facilitate calibration sessions to ensure consistency and alignment in training and quality evaluations
• Analyze operational metrics such as CSAT, QA scores, productivity, and error trends to drive data-backed improvements

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Training, Quality Assurance, or related operational support functions

• Experience in training audits, coaching, quality evaluations, or performance management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience within fintech, payments, e-commerce, or contact center environments will be an added advantage
