Material Planning:

• Contract and Cost Management

Lead and oversee the end-to-end procurement and sourcing function across the Teleport Group, driving procurement governance, strategic sourcing, supplier management, procurement operations, cost optimization, and process transformation initiatives.

You'll work closely with stakeholders across functions and geographies, acting as a trusted business partner to deliver commercial value, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with internal policies. In doing so, you'll balance the need for speed and agility with strong procurement governance and disciplined decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Most of your time will be spent driving impact through:

1. Procurement Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute the overall procurement strategy aligned with Teleport’s business objectives and growth plans.
• Lead the procurement function across all spend categories including technology, logistics, operations, marketing, professional services, facilities, and corporate functions.
• Build and strengthen procurement governance, policies, controls, and operating procedures across the Group.
• Drive procurement transformation initiatives, automation, and continuous process improvement.

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, commercial negotiations, RFQs/RFPs, contract renewals, and supplier selection exercises.
• Develop category strategies to optimize cost, quality, service levels, and supplier performance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and deliver measurable procurement value and operational efficiencies.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and support business priorities.
  
  

3. Supplier & Contract Management

• Establish and maintain strong supplier relationship management practices.
• Negotiate commercial terms, service agreements, and contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for the Group.
• Monitor supplier performance, service delivery, risk exposure, and contractual compliance.
• Manage supplier escalations, dispute resolution, and business continuity considerations.
  
  

4. Procurement Operations & Governance

• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring operational effectiveness and compliance.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Drive segregation of duties, approval governance, and procurement controls across the organization.
• Collaborate with other departments on procurement-related matters.
  
  

5. Systems & Process Improvement

• Lead procurement systems enhancement initiatives, including ERP, procurement platforms, vendor onboarding systems, and workflow automation.
• Improve procurement analytics, reporting, spend visibility, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Standardize procurement processes and documentation across entities and regions where applicable.
  
  

6. Risk & Compliance Management

• Identify and mitigate supplier, operational, contractual, and procurement-related risks.
• Support internal and external audit requirements relating to procurement activities.
• Ensure ethical sourcing practices and adherence to company governance standards.

These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant procurement and sourcing experience, including leadership experience managing regional or group-level procurement functions.
• Strong experience in strategic sourcing, procurement operations, supplier negotiations, and procurement governance.
• Experience supporting fast-paced, high-growth, or multinational environments is highly preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven track record in cost optimization and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with procurement systems, ERP platforms, and procurement digitalization initiatives.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

This role ensures cost control, financial accuracy, and value optimisation across complex MEP systems, supporting delivery within strict budget, schedule, and performance requirements typical of mission‑critical facilities.

Role Purpose

You will own the full lifecycle and commercial performance of Teleport’s contract portfolio — the rates, terms, and capacity commitments we lock in with customers on a longer-term basis. This is not a back-office filing role. You are the person who ensures contracts are commercially sound before we sign them, that they stay current once live, and that we are strategically growing the share of our capacity that sits under contract.

You sit at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Pricing. You will push the sales organisation on best practices, build the analytical frameworks that determine where and how much capacity should be contracted, and make sure nothing leaks between what we agree and what we bill.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contract Strategy & Capacity Planning

• Develop and maintain a target framework that determines how much of Teleport’s capacity per lane/market should be under contract vs. spot, balancing yield optimisation with volume security.
• Identify lanes and customers with low contract penetration. Work with sales teams to convert ad-hoc volumes into structured contract commitments.
• Before committing to any long-term contract, run a structured assessment against lane performance benchmarks, comparable customer terms, and margin thresholds — build and own this pre-commitment checklist.

2. Commercial Terms & Contract Quality

• Own the wording and commercial terms in all contract-rate agreements. Continuously improve standard clauses to protect Teleport’s position (e.g. Fuel Surcharge mechanisms, volume commitment definitions, penalty/ramp structures).
• Push best practices on the sales organisation: what a well-structured commitment looks like, how to negotiate volume floors, when to escalate.
• Ensure all necessary commercial information (lanes, surcharges, volume commitments, competitive context) is fully documented before any contract proceeds to approval.

3. Contract Lifecycle & Renewals

• Maintain the master database of all active customer contracts and bespoke rate agreements.
• Proactively trigger the renewal process 30–60 days before expiry. Flag contracts where terms should be renegotiated based on performance data.
• Initiate timely contract updates when market conditions, surcharges, or commercial terms change. Ensure no contract runs on stale terms.

4. Billing Accuracy & Finance Coordination

• Track and coordinate with Finance to ensure every contract is billed exactly as agreed — correct rates, correct surcharges, correct lanes.
• Perform regular spot-check audits: rates live in the Cargo Management System must match the signed contract. Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies.
• Liaise with the relevant teams to ensure approved rates are accurately uploaded into the CMS.

5. Workflow & Approvals

• Act as the central follow-up point to keep rate proposals moving through the internal approval hierarchy without bottlenecks.
• Verify that all proposed rates align with Teleport’s pricing strategy and margin requirements before final sign-off. Flag deviations immediately.

6. Reporting & Process Improvement

• Provide weekly reporting on contract portfolio status: pending deals, renewal pipeline, penetration rates by lane/customer, margin performance vs. spot.
• Identify process pain points and propose automation or system improvements to reduce manual effort and cycle times.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3–5 years in air cargo, logistics, or freight forwarding — specifically in Pricing, Revenue Management, or Commercial Operations.
• You understand yield, contract structures, and what makes a deal good or bad. Not just data entry — commercial judgment.
• High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modelling). Experience with Cargo Management Systems. Comfort with data.
• Near-obsessive focus on accuracy. One wrong surcharge or missed renewal has real revenue consequences.
• Confident following up with senior stakeholders and sales managers. You keep things moving without being asked.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

Success Metrics

• Growing share of total capacity/revenue under contract vs. spot, by lane and market.
• Days from rate request to system-live. Target: continuous reduction.
• Zero discrepancies between signed contracts and CMS entries / invoiced amounts.
• Percentage of contracts renewed or renegotiated before expiry (target: 100% touched pre-expiry).

Role Purpose

You will own the full lifecycle and commercial performance of Teleport’s contract portfolio — the rates, terms, and capacity commitments we lock in with customers on a longer-term basis. This is not a back-office filing role. You are the person who ensures contracts are commercially sound before we sign them, that they stay current once live, and that we are strategically growing the share of our capacity that sits under contract.

You sit at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Pricing. You will push the sales organisation on best practices, build the analytical frameworks that determine where and how much capacity should be contracted, and make sure nothing leaks between what we agree and what we bill.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contract Strategy & Capacity Planning

• Develop and maintain a target framework that determines how much of Teleport’s capacity per lane/market should be under contract vs. spot, balancing yield optimisation with volume security.
• Identify lanes and customers with low contract penetration. Work with sales teams to convert ad-hoc volumes into structured contract commitments.
• Before committing to any long-term contract, run a structured assessment against lane performance benchmarks, comparable customer terms, and margin thresholds — build and own this pre-commitment checklist.

2. Commercial Terms & Contract Quality

• Own the wording and commercial terms in all contract-rate agreements. Continuously improve standard clauses to protect Teleport’s position (e.g. Fuel Surcharge mechanisms, volume commitment definitions, penalty/ramp structures).
• Push best practices on the sales organisation: what a well-structured commitment looks like, how to negotiate volume floors, when to escalate.
• Ensure all necessary commercial information (lanes, surcharges, volume commitments, competitive context) is fully documented before any contract proceeds to approval.

3. Contract Lifecycle & Renewals

• Maintain the master database of all active customer contracts and bespoke rate agreements.
• Proactively trigger the renewal process 30–60 days before expiry. Flag contracts where terms should be renegotiated based on performance data.
• Initiate timely contract updates when market conditions, surcharges, or commercial terms change. Ensure no contract runs on stale terms.

4. Billing Accuracy & Finance Coordination

• Track and coordinate with Finance to ensure every contract is billed exactly as agreed — correct rates, correct surcharges, correct lanes.
• Perform regular spot-check audits: rates live in the Cargo Management System must match the signed contract. Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies.
• Liaise with the relevant teams to ensure approved rates are accurately uploaded into the CMS.

5. Workflow & Approvals

• Act as the central follow-up point to keep rate proposals moving through the internal approval hierarchy without bottlenecks.
• Verify that all proposed rates align with Teleport’s pricing strategy and margin requirements before final sign-off. Flag deviations immediately.

6. Reporting & Process Improvement

• Provide weekly reporting on contract portfolio status: pending deals, renewal pipeline, penetration rates by lane/customer, margin performance vs. spot.
• Identify process pain points and propose automation or system improvements to reduce manual effort and cycle times.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3–5 years in air cargo, logistics, or freight forwarding — specifically in Pricing, Revenue Management, or Commercial Operations.
• You understand yield, contract structures, and what makes a deal good or bad. Not just data entry — commercial judgment.
• High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modelling). Experience with Cargo Management Systems. Comfort with data.
• Near-obsessive focus on accuracy. One wrong surcharge or missed renewal has real revenue consequences.
• Confident following up with senior stakeholders and sales managers. You keep things moving without being asked.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

Success Metrics

• Growing share of total capacity/revenue under contract vs. spot, by lane and market.
• Days from rate request to system-live. Target: continuous reduction.
• Zero discrepancies between signed contracts and CMS entries / invoiced amounts.
• Percentage of contracts renewed or renegotiated before expiry (target: 100% touched pre-expiry).

Sitting at the intersection of creators, content and commerce, you'll drive growth across emerging platforms, unlock new opportunities, and help redefine how brands engage, influence and convert consumers in today's digital-first world.

Role: 

• Lead the growth and evolution of social commerce channels, developing strategies that drive sustainable GMV growth, improve ROAS, and strengthen affiliate and creator ecosystems.
• Identify, evaluate and pilot emerging commerce opportunities across new platforms and channels through structured test-and-learn initiatives with strategic partners.
• Own social commerce performance frameworks, leveraging data, measurement and reporting to uncover insights, optimize performance and drive business growth.
• Oversee social and influencer ecosystems, including creators, KOLs, MCNs, affiliate networks and agency partners, ensuring effective collaboration and measurable commercial impact.
• Lead end-to-end social campaign planning and execution, partnering with agency teams to deliver audience strategies, campaign deployment, content distribution and performance optimization aligned with brand objectives.
• Drive livestream and video commerce excellence by developing and operationalising performance scorecards that elevate channel effectiveness and commercial outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on social commerce, creator marketing and platform innovation, bringing forward emerging trends, opportunities and best practices to inform business decisions.
• Lead learning agendas across brands by translating insights into actionable recommendations, scaling successful initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Ensure all commerce, creator and livestream activities adhere to brand governance, compliance requirements and brand safety standards, safeguarding brand integrity across all touchpoints.

You:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Social Commerce, Influencer Marketing, Digital Media, Performance Marketing or related fields.
• Demonstrated expertise in TikTok Shop and social commerce ecosystems, with a strong understanding of how content, creators and commerce work together to drive growth.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, creator economy trends, affiliate marketing models and platform best practices.
• Experience managing creators, influencers, agencies, MCNs, affiliate networks and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Commercially minded with a strong understanding of performance metrics, media optimisation and growth levers.
