The Sales Executive of General Trade co-ordinates and carries out point of sales activities and delivers sales against targets in Southern Region (Johor)

Key Responsibility & Accountability

1. Co-ordinate distributor teams and their activities at the point of sales in order to achieve sales targets.
2. Search for incremental opportunities to increase company sales in terms of new incremental distribution, shelf space and 2nd placement activities.
3. Conduct market intelligence in the given outlets (collect sales data, JDE and competitor activities etc).

Distribution and range:

• Ensure portfolio distribution in given stores according to the Master Stock List
• Co-ordinate new product launches with the distributor teams and ensure target distribution is achieved

Shelf management:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with planograms guidelines issued by the central office, detecting and managing opportunities

2nd placements:

• Monitor and ensure 2nd placements are executed according to plan
• Ensure correct implementation of products on the 2nd displays based on planograms and guidelines established

Pricing and promotions:

Ensure compliance with centrally agreed pricing and promotional plan

The Person:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 6–9 years of hands-on DevOps experience, preferably in cloud-native or SaaS environments.
• Strong expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure, container orchestration (Kubernetes – EKS/ECS), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible or equivalent).
• Proven experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines in modern cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools for distributed systems.
• Experience troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, container platforms, and deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

Project & Client Representation

• Act as the client-side Project Manager for a Build‑to‑Lease procurement model, overseeing the full development lifecycle.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the ecommerce business of one or multiple brands across all ecommerce platforms in Malaysia. You negotiate with brand and platform stakeholders to maximize the attractiveness of propositions for consumers and exposure for the brand, in order to grow the business. You have a firm grasp of e-commerce fundamentals, digital marketing, campaign development and the growth levers that the different marketplaces offer. You coordinate with our different in-house teams and ensure that collectively you make your brand(s) successful. You are responsible for account NMV and revenue growth and work closely with the business development team to explore how your brands can benefit from additional services.

E. Health & Safety

The Service Manager is responsible for implementing the arrangements detailed in the health and safety management system and the safe systems of work. Specifically the Service Manager will:

1. To understand and be aware of the requirement of Occupational Safety & Health Act 1994 to ensure that all staff for whom you are responsible are equally aware of the Act and its requirements.
2. To ensure that all chemicals are handled, stored and applied with due regard to the safety standards laid down within the Company, and that staff are never exposed to untoward risk in the course of their work

The Brand Management Team is the trusted partner for leading brands across Southeast Asia in strategic planning and driving sustainable online business growth. The part you will play

As an Assistant Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the day- to-day commercial and operational success of CPD brands across Malaysia’s leading e- marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop). This role is designed for a high-energy “doer” who can balance commercial negotiations with rigorous operational follow-through to ensure our brands are always available, visible, and competitive.

As an Assistant Key Account Manager, you will take charge of

Account Management & Commercial Execution

• Drive the daily sales performance for assigned platforms to meet monthly and quarterly GMV targets.

• Execute the promotional calendar, ensuring campaigns are set up accurately and on time.

• Manage the backend of e-marketplaces (Seller Centres), and oversee product uploads, pricing updates, and voucher creations.
  

Operational Excellence & Store Health

• Inventory Management: Closely monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Supply Chain team to ensure timely replenishment, especially for top-selling products.
• Store Metrics: Maintain “Perfect Store” standards by monitoring Chat Response Rates, Shipping Lead Times, and Seller Ratings to ensure it remains a preferred seller.
• Content Maintenance: Ensure all product listings have optimized titles, descriptions, and high-quality images/banners that comply with brand guidelines.

Campaign Operations & Visibility

• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to ensure all digital assets (banners, landing pages) are localized and uploaded correctly for every campaign.
• Monitor on-platform search rankings and visibility, ensuring our products are easy for consumers to find.
• Execute submissions and participate in platform-led marketing initiatives to maximize traffic.

Data Tracking & Reporting

• Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates.
• Monitor competitor pricing and promotional activities daily, providing quick feedback to the commercial team.
• Track and reconcile trade spend (marketing investments and discounts) to ensure budget compliance.

Partner Relations

• Maintain a professional working relationship with platform Category Managers to secure better visibility and campaign slots.
• Work closely with the warehouse and logistics partners to troubleshoot any fulfillment or delivery issues.

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in E-commerce operations or account management. Experience in FMCG or high-volume retail is a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Business Advisor, and/or TikTok Shop Seller Center is essential.
• Operational Rigor: Highly organized with a "zero-defect" mindset regarding pricing and stock management.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) to manage large sets of SKU data and sales reports.
• Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who is comfortable with the fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable nature of e commerce logistics and campaign cycles.
• Communication: Strong command of English. (Local language skills are a bonus but not a mandatory requirement for this specific profile).

We are seeking a visionary Sales Director (West Malaysia) to spearhead and build a brand-new Direct Selling division for PRISM+ Malaysia. As a high-growth electronics leader, we are pivoting to include a direct-to-consumer networking model, and we need a heavy-hitter to build this ecosystem from the ground up.

This strategic leader will be responsible for architecting, recruiting, and scaling a high-performing direct selling force. If you are a master recruiter with a proven track record of turning independent representatives into a massive sales engine, we want you to lead this charge. You will be a core member of the PRISM+ Malaysia executive team, reporting directly to the Country Director.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Team Architecture: Build and scale a robust direct selling organization across West Malaysia, focusing on recruiter acquisition and downline retention.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement aggressive sales strategies, compensation plans, and incentive programs tailored for the West Malaysian market.
• Training & Enablement: Design training modules for field leaders to ensure deep product knowledge of PRISM+ electronics and effective closing techniques.
• Performance Management: Monitor and analyse organizational KPIs, ensuring the sales force meets monthly and quarterly volume targets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless product delivery and brand alignment for field agents.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure all direct selling activities comply with Malaysian regulations (AJL) and maintain the highest ethical standards.

• Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in building and leading Direct Selling (MLM/DS) teams.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale independent sales forces (thousands of members) within the West Malaysian region.
• Deep understanding of the West Malaysian consumer demographic and local networking hubs (Klang Valley, Penang, Johor).
• Leadership Pipeline: Strong existing network of high-level direct selling leaders and recruiters.
• Strategic Growth: Experience transitioning a traditional retail brand into a direct selling or affiliate model.
• Data Savvy: Ability to use data analytics to forecast inventory needs and calculate commission payouts accurately.
• Exceptional public speaking and motivational skills; ability to command a room of hundreds.
• High proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; Mandarin/Cantonese is a significant advantage for West Malaysia's market reach.
