Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure all manufactured products meet required quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. 4. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop QA/QC team members. Manage team performance, training, and succession planning. Build a strong quality culture across the organization

6. Continuous Improvement
