Job Description:

• Plan and coordinate marketing events from concept to post-event reporting, including roadshows, investor sessions, product launches, and corporate functions.

• Manage all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, budget tracking, registration, and on-site execution.

Job Description:

• Assisting the department Manager & Senior Manager, facilitating planning, coordination & implementing strategies
• Oversee and ensure the efficiency of day-to-day operations of the Distribution Department 
• Supervising, managing and motivating team members to achieve KPI targets, with a high standard of performance, good teamwork, effective communication, consistent positive result, and continuous improvement
• Delegating tasks and setting deadlines.
• Extensive administrative duties for Distribution Department such as preparing reports, correspondences & maintaining confidential records and files

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

Oversee daily restaurant operations (front of house & back of house)

Ensure all SOPs are consistently followed by staff

2. Sales & Business Performance

Full responsibility for revenue growth and profitability (P&L ownership)

Develop and execute strategies to increase daily and monthly sales

3. Team Management

Lead, train, and develop restaurant team members

Prepare staff scheduling (roster planning)
