The Quality Manager/Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting and ensuring the effective implementation of the company’s Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental (QSHE) Management System. This includes ensuring compliance with international standards, ISO 9001 requirements, legal obligations, and client specifications across both corporate and project levels—particularly within solar farm operations.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management & Compliance

• Assist in implementing and maintaining the company’s QSHE Management System in compliance with international standards, legal requirements, and local regulations.
• Plan, execute, and monitor ISO 9001 standards at corporate and project-site levels.
• Serve as liaison with relevant authorities and regulatory bodies for all Quality-related matters.
• Provide professional guidance and advice for effective implementation of the Quality Management System.
• Develop, lead, and promote Total Quality Management (TQM) excellence within the organization.

Continuous Improvement & Audits

• Drive continuous improvement of QSHE systems and implement practical mitigations for identified risks and concerns.
• Conduct inspections and internal quality audits across project sites (including solar farm operations), ensuring compliance with approved methods and standards.
• Prepare, review, and maintain detailed Quality Audit Reports and associated documentation.

Training & Development

• Design and implement Quality training programs and On-the-Job Training (OJT) to address competency gaps and improve risk mitigation.
• Promote a proactive quality culture through knowledge sharing and staff engagement.

Project QA/QC Execution

• Support Project Management Teams in developing and executing the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and QA/QC initiatives.
• Investigate and analyse Quality-related incidents, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure all project installations and processes adhere to approved quality methodologies.

Leadership & Coordination

• Lead sections of quality engagements, assign tasks, and review outputs for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure effective communication, timely progress reporting, and optimal service delivery.
• Support the Team Manager in managing tasks, resource allocation, and administrative functions.
• Drive team efficiency and accountability by monitoring utilization hours and performance outcomes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil and structural, Mechanical, Electrical or related field) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in QA/QC or Quality Management within EPC, Renewable Energy, or Construction sectors (Solar experience preferred).
• Sound knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, Total Quality Management, and relevant QSHE regulations.
• Proven experience with internal auditing, compliance, and process improvement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with cross-functional teams and external authorities.
• Certification in Lead Auditor (ISO 9001) or equivalent is an advantage.

We are seeking a Process Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor back-end assembly processes, particularly die bonding and wire bonding. The successful candidate will be responsible for process setup, optimization, yield improvement, and troubleshooting to ensure stable and high-quality manufacturing performance.

The role requires strong technical understanding of back-end equipment, materials, and process interactions, as well as the ability to analyze data, drive continuous improvement, and support production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and sustain die bond and wire bond processes to meet quality, yield, and reliability requirements
• Perform process troubleshooting and root cause analysis for yield loss, defects, and equipment issues
• Support new product introduction (NPI), process qualification, and transfer to mass production
• Establish and maintain process parameters, work instructions, and control plans
• Analyze process data using statistical methods (e.g. SPC, CPK, trend analysis)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Equipment, and R&D
• Drive continuous improvement activities for cost, yield, cycle time, and reliability

The Senior Business Planner is responsible for managing end to end supply and demand planning while driving on time delivery (OTD), revenue plan attainment, and days of inventory (DOI) targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage forecast and shipment to meet revenue plan
• Work order release and expedite to ensure right loading pattern and keeping to the targeted DOI level without impacting commit to customer
• Responsible for customer OTD and CRD
• Capacity knowledge for assembly and test to better manage wip to meet ship plan
• Manage inventory level, work towards meeting DOI target
• Coordination with inter-departments to resolve planning/shipment related issues.

The Senior Packaging Engineer will lead packaging development and qualification activities for WD's HDD and Flash storage products. This is a technically hands-on and cross-functional leadership role — you will mentor junior engineers, drive complex packaging programs, and interface directly with customers, suppliers, and global engineering teams.

You are expected to operate with high autonomy, make independent technical decisions, and represent the Packaging Engineering function in NPI and sustaining programs.

Key Responsibilities : 
Technical Leadership

• Lead end-to-end packaging design, development, and qualification for complex HDD/Flash programs
• Define packaging architecture and material strategy for new and sustaining products
• Make independent technical decisions on packaging design trade-offs (cost vs. protection vs. sustainability)

Design & Qualification

NPI & Program Management

We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with strong semiconductor industry expertise, particularly within Integrated Device Manufacturer (IDM) environments. The role leads the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers, supported by high standards of data accuracy and process excellence. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical recruiter with deep experience managing complex semiconductor requisitions and operating effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Technical Recruitment

• Lead the full recruitment cycle from requisition intake to offer acceptance.
• Develop tailored sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill semiconductor roles across design, manufacturing, test, packaging, and operations.

Sourcing & Screening

• Leverage multiple sourcing channels, semiconductor talent communities, niche platforms, referrals, and proactive market mapping.
• Build longlists and shortlists of qualified semiconductor professionals by applying role-specific technical filters across semiconductor HW & SW R&D IC design, fabrication, equipment engineering, process engineering, test development, and related fields.

Candidate & Stakeholder Management

• Provide high-quality CV presentations and candidate summaries to hiring managers.
• Advise hiring teams on market conditions, candidate availability, competitive intelligence, and recruitment timelines.
• Ensure consistent communication and outstanding experiences for candidates throughout the process.

Operation & System Excellence

• Manage all recruitment status updates in ATS, ensuring transparency and accuracy.

• Lead COGS reduction programs from impact assessment through qualification, PCN, safelaunch, and production ramp – quantifying savings, evaluating ROI, and assessing the business impact of schedule slips and risk scenarios.
• Drive capacity expansion initiatives across global manufacturing sites, aligning engineering, operations, and supply chain to support production scalability.

1. Responsible for one of the plant’s General Ledger which includes:-

• Ensure Bosch Central Directive, regulations and guidelines related to general ledger management is in compliance.
• During month-end close - Perform month-end closing tasks as 1st level escalation with VN shared service and ensure all related postings are properly taken up, approve of all journal posting before posted by VN shared service.
• For internal Reporting – complete monthly and yearly financial Reporting and SAP management accounts by ensuring accuracy and timeliness of Reporting, leading to monthly financial Reporting meeting.
• During the month, approve all monthly reconciliation prepared by VN shared service.
• Support External financial audits and responsible for external Local Statutory Reporting.
