This role combines functional consulting, collections operations advisory, workflow optimization, and client engagement. The successful candidate will become a subject matter expert in our platform, understanding its features, workflow configuration, automation capabilities, and operational logic in depth.

You will work closely with clients onsite to observe how collection teams utilize the system in real operational environments, identify inefficiencies or process gaps, and recommend data-driven collection strategies and workflow improvements that enhance recovery performance, operational productivity, and user adoption. This role is ideal for candidates with strong exposure to collections operations, banking recovery, debt collection strategy, or functional consulting within enterprise software environments.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Functional Expertise

• Undergo intensive internal training to master our own debt collection platform, including workflow configurations, business rules, automation logic, segmentation strategies, and operational features
• Develop a strong understanding of how system configurations and workflow designs impact operational efficiency and recovery performance
• Serve as a functional subject matter expert (SME) for internal teams and customers during implementation, optimization, and post-go-live support phases

Client Operations Advisory

• Observe and understand client’s end to end collection operations, user behavior, collection workflows, and management practices in real-world environments
• Evaluate operational inefficiencies, manual workarounds, underutilized features, bottlenecks, and process gaps that affect recovery effectiveness
• Analyze collection performance trends, operational behaviors, and workflow effectiveness using data-driven approaches
• Recommend practical workflow improvements, automation enhancements, segmentation strategies, and operational optimization initiatives to improve collection outcomes

Client Engagement & Consulting

• Conduct workshops, discussions, and presentations with operational users, collection managers, and business stakeholders
• Translate business requirements and operational pain points into effective system configurations and workflow recommendations
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders by acting as a strategic advisor throughout implementation and optimization engagements
• Support user adoption and change management initiatives by helping customers maximize system utilization and operational value

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline
• Mandatory minimum 3 to 5 years of experience within debt collection operations, collections strategy, banking recovery, or as a functional analyst/consultant for accounts receivable software
• Proven track record of learning complex enterprise software platforms quickly and understanding how technical configurations translate into business results
• Strong capability to observe daily operational practices, identify inefficiencies or software workarounds, and formulate data-driven optimization strategies
• Commercially minded with the confidence to build relationships with client stakeholders, present optimization recommendations, and effectively position software upgrades or add-on modules that address operational pain points

What You'll be doing

• Provide 1st level support for travel systems by handling user inquiries, performing basic troubleshooting, and resolving common system issues.
• Assist in user onboarding, including setting up system access, assigning roles and permissions, and guiding users on basic system usage.
• Support client onboarding by configuring system settings and ensuring accurate setup of client profiles across platforms.

We’re looking for a Software Support Team Lead to guide, mentor and support our team of Software Support Engineers in delivering best-in-class support to our customers.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for building a high-performing team, ensuring smooth day-to-day support operations, and helping our engineers do their best work. You’ll work closely with the Head of Product Support and Support Operations Manager to drive operational improvements, monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs, and provide valuable insights into team successes and challenges.

You’ll also act as a key escalation point for support engineers, leading responses to incidents and service outages, and collaborating cross-functionally to reduce commercial risk and improve the overall customer support experience.

Because many of our products allow customers to build their own functionality using Groovy and/or JavaScript, a good understanding of coding is essential for this position.

What you'll be doing

People leadership

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of highly skilled Support Engineers
• Set clear expectations and provide regular feedback through 1-2-1s and performance reviews
• Support the professional development of your team members
• Manage team workload, priorities and planned leave to help ensure SLA and KPI targets are met
• Support hiring activities and help maintain effective onboarding resources
• Create training materials that help the team confidently handle new and complex issues

Support leadership

• Take ownership of customer outcomes and ensure support tickets are resolved to a high standard
• Act as an escalation point for tickets or situations involving commercial risk
• Lead incident management processes, support the team during critical incidents, and run post-mortem reviews
• Identify opportunities to improve the experience for customers, the business and the support team
• Build strong business cases for ideas and influence stakeholders to drive positive change
• Build strong relationships with Customer Success, Product and Development teams
• Share data-driven voice-of-the-customer insights across the business
• Translate business and product strategy into actionable updates for the team
• Chair stand-ups, facilitate workshops and lead team meetings

Support operations

• Work with support metrics such as CSAT, FRT, RoR, SLA performance and ticket volumes
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to meet KPIs, SLAs and OKRs
• Monitor support queues and ensure work is delivered in line with best practices and standards
• Analyse trends and identify opportunities to improve team performance and customer experience
• Highlight quality concerns and operational challenges, providing clear recommendations to management
• Work with the Support Operations Manager to improve tooling and automations
• Assess the impact of process changes and share feedback with relevant stakeholders
• Contribute to knowledge base content, internal documentation and training materials

The Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Support Associate within the Strategic Analytics and Insights (SAI) team plays a vital role as the key liaison between Commercial, Finance, and Sales teams. This role involves providing expert guidance on finance processes, ensuring strict adherence to the Monthly Closing deadlines, and supporting the smooth execution of sales operations. You will work closely with sales development teams across APAC, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize tools and processes that accelerate the sales cycle, enhance efficiency, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with SA&I sales representatives to support day-to-day Inside Sales activities and ensure seamless operations.
• Assist sales representatives in updating decks with NIQ branding, ensuring all sales content is polished and client-ready.
• Manage and maintain CRM records for sales representatives, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze market data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to inform sales strategies.
• Handle invoicing and contract renewals, ensuring timely and accurate billing processes.
• Ensure proper revenue recognition by updating project dates and coordinating follow-ups with operations and sales representatives on pending tasks.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will leverage your expertise to directly impact the growth of our 16 markets by delivering actionable insights and advanced analytics solutions. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, mentor junior analysts, and shape the analytics function within one of our functional analytics teams. This is a high-visibility position that plays a pivotal role in data-driven decision-making.

• Own a risk & fraud problem domain end-to-end, framing ambiguous problems and delivering analytical solutions that drive measurable improvements in cost, efficiency, service performance and customer experience.
• Act as a thought partner to business and domain leads, shaping problem statements, challenging assumptions, and co-developing data-driven solutions to high-impact risk and fraud challenges.
• Apply advanced analytical methods, including simulation, optimisation, and statistical modelling, to detect and solve complex problems such as incentive abuse, refund claim abuse and.
• Determine causal impact in operational environments, designing and analyzing experiments (e.g., cluster, switchback) and applying causal inference methods (e.g., DiD, synthetic controls) to inform business decisions.
• Build and scale data products and analytical tools, leveraging modern data stacks and agentic AI workflows to enable deep dives, self-serve analytics, and faster decision-making.
• Drive exploratory and root cause analyses, identifying performance drivers and uncovering opportunities for optimization across the risk and fraud infrastructure.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data and engineering teams, contributing to data modeling, metric definitions, and scalable solutions that accelerate time-to-insight.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service Performance Monitoring (KPI)

• Track and analyze key Customer Service KPIs such as CSAT, response time, handling time, and resolution rate
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide clear performance visibility
• Identify performance gaps and recommend actionable improvements

2. Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze data across Customer Service, Operations, and Payment teams to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
• Provide insights to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction

• Support regular reporting (weekly/monthly) and business reviews

3. System Usage & Process Optimization

• Monitor the usage and effectiveness of CS tools (e.g., ticketing systems, CRM platforms, chatbot solutions)
• Ensure proper system adoption and highlight gaps in usage or workflow inefficiencies
• Recommend enhancements to processes and system workflows

4. AI & Automation Support

• Track and evaluate chatbot performance (e.g., resolution rate, fallback scenarios)
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual workload through automation•
• Collaborate with Tech teams to improve AI tools using data-driven insights

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with CX, Product, and Technology teams to support business initiatives
• Assist with ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests as required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics, Business, IT, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or similar roles (experience in Customer Service environment is an advantage)
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., formulas, pivot tables)
• Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
