3. Good understanding of the software testing lifecycle and structured testing processes. 
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good presentation skills and a high level of written and verbal communication in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
5. Basic understanding of programming languages, networking, or system infrastructure will be an added advantage.

Security Governance, Assurance & Risk Support

• Support security governance and assurance activities, including monitoring adherence to security policies, standards, and control frameworks
• Help with security risk assessments for projects, platforms, and services, documenting risks and recommended treatment plans.
• Support internal and external audits (e.g. ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS), including evidence collection, control testing, and remediation tracking
• Support control design, implementation, and operational effectiveness testing across security and IT controls

Security Metrics & Compliance Monitoring

Role Purpose

The Pricing Analyst supports the delivery of EMAP’s regional pricing strategy, with a primary focus on supporting commercial deals through robust pricing analysis, governance, and insight.

The role works closely with Sales and the Strategic Pricing Business Partner to ensure pricing decisions are data led, compliant, and aligned to regional and central pricing frameworks. This is a development role, building strong commercial capability and exposure to pricing decision making.

Key Accountabilities

Deal Support & Pricing Execution

• Support regional sales teams on renewal, upsell, and new business deals through accurate pricing analysis and recommendations
• Assess deal pricing against rate cards, discount guardrails, and value frameworks within agreed approval thresholds.
• Model pricing scenarios to highlight commercial impact, risks, and trade offs.
• Ensure all deal pricing is clearly documented and approved in line with governance.

Pricing Governance & Performance Insight

• Operate within established pricing policies, approval frameworks, and controls to protect yield and margin.
• Track and report on pricing activity, including discounting, yield, and revenue risk at deal level.
• Identify and flag pricing inconsistencies, leakage, or non‑standard activity to the Strategic Pricing Business Partner.

Stakeholder Support & Capability Development

• Act as a first point of contact for day‑to‑day pricing queries from market sales teams.
• Provide clear guidance on pricing approach, processes, and tools.
• Build strong understanding of EMAP’s products, customers, and commercial priorities, progressing capability toward a full Pricing Business Partner role.

The Team:

Group Treasury is responsible for funding the group through bank debt, commercial paper and issuing bonds and for making cash available to the group, where and when it is needed. That responsibility also includes risk management activities like foreign exchange, interest rate and related external counterparty risk management. The team consists of 8 treasury professionals. We manage the daily front and back-office treasury processes, as well as the associated accounting, reporting and systems maintenance.

The Role:

Reporting to the Treasury Transformation and Project Manager, the Treasury Systems Analyst has responsibility for the maintenance and development of treasury systems and automated processes.

The key responsibilities in this role are as follows:

System maintenance

• Accountable for the integrity of the Treasury Systems
• Control and supervise the ongoing maintenance of treasury systems.
• Maintain the system scheduler that manages automated traffic of interfaces and reports and monitor interfaces into Finastra, 360T (the FX and MMF trading platform) and Oracle, taking remedial action if needed
• Maintain static data in the Treasury Management System and electronic banking systems
• Provide oversight and direction to Experian ITS for resolving system issues and planning and executing system maintenance
• Ensure that the Change Request process is adhered to in all environments
• Perform a quarterly access review on all systems used by Group Treasury
• Analyse system(s) performance and output
• Liaise with Global Technology Services to monitor backup and recovery procedures
• Maintain relationship with the Treasury Management System software supplier (FIS)
• Support the systems audit processes with both external and internal auditors

System Development

• Investigate and prioritise the rollout of new system(s) functionality
• Support and manage upgrades and hotfixes to the Treasury Management System
• Keep informed on system and solution developments in the market and advise on how they could enhance the current treasury systems infrastructure
• Assist the user community in preparation of User Acceptance Test scripts for any new functionality

Process Improvement

• Benchmark existing treasury practices with industry best practices and recommend areas for development
• Deliver treasury transformation objectives
• Review and/or develop automation and digital tools to best enhance Group treasury processes
• Enhance workflow automation for process optimisation and proactively identify opportunities for further automation.

• Identification and delivery of relevant GFS R2R related tasks and provide progress updates, risks / mitigants to the Finance GFS delivery lead, R2R Leads, and other stakeholders
• Work with GPOs to set up and transfer to Experian systems and processes and close down legacy system / processes - for the following:-
  • General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed assets & Leases, Intercompany rules
  • Provide access and training to Acquired Entities’ Finance Team, for Experian Accounting Systems
  • Create and agree Post integration plan, collaborating across the different functions, update stakeholders with progress, issues and decisions
  • Assist & improving team operating rhythm through Empower+ operation maturity framework

• Perform end to end AR process: specialized in billing process especially on customer invoicing either manual or automate
• Perform reconciliation and procession of invoice(s) into Oracle. Including: ensuring the invoicing accurately reflects as per the contracts/usage/billing request/SO
• Prepare customer aging report and other AR related reports
• Dealing with interface billing reconciliations, balance sheet through P&L reconciliation
• Perform and support month end close activities
• Accountable and responsible for the quality, accuracy and timely delivery of billing process in accordance to the defined SLAs/KPIs
• Work closely with the sales operation team and cross functional organization to resolve and support customer billing process, issues and/or inquiries
• Ensure compliance to internal and external regulations and procedures, that should be in line with the company policies, standard operating procedures, and/or SLA/MSA
• Liaise with the auditors, tax authorities and regulatory authorities as required for the countries served in GFS and Business

Review journal entries to ensure journals booked are validated/ substantiated in accordance to company Journal Policies. Collaborate with GL Analyst in understanding the journal's supporting evidence & approval.
• Support & coordinate HFM related task from region perspective, including error validation, coordinate on half year/year end disclosures per Group timeline.
• Support GL Analyst in rectify issues or enquiries pertaining to GL transactions within the entities supported.
• Organize and host balance sheet review calls with stakeholders (FC, FD, FBP, FP&A, HR, etc) to review & form action plan on aged items >90days and irregular/material open items. This includes challenging on validity of these items.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and sub-module functions (FA, AP, AR, IC, CM) to execute the action plan to clear these items to ensure a clean balance sheet position, escalate to manager or senior leaders if required
• Review month end balance sheet reconciliation file on monthly basis, ensure correct support documentation, reconciling items & action plan entered & completed correctly by the reconciler.
• Understand and ensure compliance with Experian policies and be the first line of defense/ Gatekeeper of the books.
• Provides guidance to team members, advising team on any matters arising from GL process
