SIP Technology (a subsidiary of Cnergenz Berhad) provide electronic manufacturing solutions to our customers across South East Asia, i.e. semiconductor and electronics companies which carry out the assembly of the advanced semiconductor packaging as well as assembly and testing of printed circuit board assembly. Started in 2004, we have been specialising in surface mount technology (“SMT ”) manufacturing solutions.
