Citaglobal Berhad, formerly known as WZ Satu Berhad, is a listed company on Bursa Malaysia and is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur. The Company’s current businesses are civil engineering & construction, oil & gas, utility and manufacturing. The principal operating units of the Group are Citaglobal Land Sdn Bhd, Citaglobal Energy Sdn Bhd and Citaglobal Industries Sdn Bhd. For a better representation of its nature of business, on 7th June 2022 WZ Satu Berhad changed its name to Citaglobal Berhad. Moving forward, the Group intends to transform into a conglomerate that is involved in facilities management, telecommunications, energy, infrastructure, and technology sectors.
