Our Products
We manufacture parts from a wide range of materials including stainless steel, carbon steel, silicon steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, copper & brass, phosphorus bronze, beryllium copper, and polyester film. Material thicknesses range from 0.04mm to 2.30mm and above.
Production
We utilize the advanced technology to streamline precision metal stamping processes and achieve our goal of zero defects. Our press capacity ranges from 30 to 300 tons. We also provide secondary operations including deburring, tapping, cleaning, and spray painting. We also have approved vendors for the heat treating and plating process.
