Nissin Corporation, one of Japan's leading international transport and logistics companies established its first representative office in Malaysia with primary function on coordinating information flow on Malaysia climax and potential until incorporation of Nissin International Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Nistrans (M) Sdn Bhd) on 18 June 1994. Initial operations as warehouse management and distribution service provider for Japanese affiliated electronics manufacturing companies. Knowing the potential growth of logistics industry worldwide and demand from customers as well as to sustained competitive in the market place, the company spread it wings expended it's business activities into forwarding agent or customer brokerage, inland transportation bonded and non-bonded, cross-border transportation and consolidation for inbound and outbound shipment to various destinations around the globe. Nissin International Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd obtained its forwarding license from Royal Malaysia Customs in year 1999, which allows the company to act on behalf of the customers for importation and exportation of their goods at the customs entry and exit point. Concurrent, the company setup offices and warehouse facilities at the major port and airport throughout the country respectively.
