CTCM was established as a Quantity Surveying Consultancy firm approved by the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia. The founding partners of the firm are well qualified quantity surveyors and have an excess of forty (40) years of quantity surveying experience between them in projects from the government and private sectors.
