Cons: Pay isn't super competitive, honestly. As a Marketing Coordinator, my base salary felt low; it's not competitive with other big corporate companies. There's not much room for quick salary jumps.

Decent Work-Life, Can Get Hectic
Pros: Work-life balance as a Marketing Coordinator in the Portland, OR office is pretty decent. You can usually stick to 40-hour weeks if you're good at project management, which is solid for a corporate retail environment. There's also some work flexibility with hybrid options a couple days a week.
Cons: However, during big sportswear product launches, it's easy for hours to creep up. I've definitely put in 50+ hour weeks getting ready for a new footwear collection drop, and that's tough. It sometimes feels like we're understaffed for the workload.
