Pros: The benefits package is good, and the pay is solid for my Network Engineer role. I've learned a ton about network infrastructure and data center operations. The WFH flexibility is decent for some roles, though less so for us with onsite engineering.
Cons: The company culture can feel pretty corporate and a bit impersonal in the Ashburn, VA office. Sometimes there's a real lack of clear communication from leadership, especially during big changes. As a big tech company, bureaucracy definitely slows things down.
Advice to Management: Try to foster more team cohesion and transparency. Improve communication channels from the top down and be clearer about company direction.
