Alright Pay, Decent Benefits for Insurtech
Pros: The healthcare benefits are pretty solid, and they actually kick in fast. As a Software Engineer, I did appreciate the WFH stipend, it helped with my home office setup. It's a standard benefits package.

It's okay, but job security worries me a bit
