Pros: I've really appreciated the supportive team environment here. As a Technical Recruiter, I get plenty of opportunities to learn new skills, especially with different tech stacks. The hybrid work setup is fantastic; it gives me a good work-life balance while still connecting with colleagues in the office. It feels like a pretty stable company in the staffing & recruiting industry, which is a big plus.
Cons: Sometimes the internal approval processes can feel a bit slow, which can be frustrating when you're trying to move quickly for candidates. Also, career growth can sometimes feel a bit slower than I'd like, with promotions not always happening as fast as I'd hoped. But overall, these are minor points.
Advice to Management: Streamline internal approval processes to improve efficiency. Look into clearer paths for career progression and communication around it.

Pros: I've learned a ton as a Recruitment Consultant here. The team is really supportive, always ready to share insights and best practices, which is huge in the dynamic staffing and recruiting industry. There's a strong, consistent focus on professional development and training, which is excellent for new hires looking to grow their careers. Plus, the hybrid work arrangement really helps maintain a good work-life balance, allowing for flexibility.
Cons: Sometimes the internal approval processes can feel a bit slow, especially when you're trying to move quickly on a candidate. Also, while there are growth opportunities, the path to senior roles might take a little longer than some might expect. Communication could sometimes be more proactive across different teams, which would help with project coordination.
Advice to Management: Consider streamlining some internal approval workflows to enhance recruiter efficiency. Continue to invest in diverse training programs and clarify career progression paths for junior staff.

Pros: As a Recruitment Consultant, I've really appreciated the hybrid work model. It's great to have the option to WFH a few days, especially working in the fast-paced staffing industry. The office in Minneapolis, MN is good when you need face-time too.
Cons: Sometimes the 'flexibility' depends on your manager, which can be annoying. There's pressure to be in the office more often during busy times, even with the hybrid policy. It's not always consistent across teams.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize the hybrid policy across all teams. It would help a lot with consistency and overall employee morale regarding work-life balance.
