Great Team & Learning in a Growing Tech Company
Pros: I've really enjoyed my time here as a Software Engineer. The team culture is incredibly supportive, and there are tons of learning opportunities. My colleagues are always willing to help, making it a great place for career development in the tech industry. We also have good work flexibility.
Cons: Sometimes the approval processes for new features can feel a bit slow, which occasionally impacts project timelines. Also, while leadership is generally good, communication could be more consistent across all teams.
Advice to Management: Focus on streamlining internal approval processes to speed up project delivery and ensure clearer, more consistent communication across all departments.

Decent work-life balance for software engineers
Pros: I like the flexibility of being a fully remote employee. For the most part, you can keep your hours reasonable, maybe 40-45 hours a week if you manage your agile sprints well. It's solid for the tech industry.
Cons: There are periods, especially before big releases, where things get intense. It's hard to avoid longer days then. Sometimes you feel a bit disconnected as a fully remote team member.
Advice to Management: Try to better plan releases to reduce crunch time for engineering teams. Foster more remote team building too.

Decent WFH for tech roles but meeting heavy
Pros: They're pretty solid about WFH for Software Engineer roles, which is a huge benefit in the current tech industry. I mostly work remote from Austin, TX and don't get much pushback on my setup. It's nice not commuting daily.
Cons: It's tough to balance WFH with all the team meetings. Sometimes I feel glued to my desk with video calls, especially in developer tools projects. There's less flexibility than advertised for actual work hours; you gotta be online for certain windows.
Advice to Management: Try to consolidate meetings or implement core collaboration hours. It would really help with the work-life balance for remote teams if there was more open time.
