It feels like a stable place to grow your career within the healthcare industry, with a good focus on client solutions.
Cons: While there are learning opportunities, the career progression can sometimes feel a bit slow, especially for promotions. You might need to be proactive to push for advancement. Also, like in many healthcare tech environments, some of the internal systems we use could definitely benefit from an update, which occasionally makes workflows a bit clunky. Communication between departments sometimes takes a while.
