Good Culture for Starting Your Recruiting Career
Pros: The internal company culture here is pretty decent for team support, especially when you're just starting out in recruiting. You'll get a lot of foundational training, which is good for new grads. Everyone helps each other hit their goals, making it a good environment for learning.
Cons: It's definitely a metrics-driven environment, and the pressure can be high for IT recruiters and account managers. You're expected to be 'on' a lot, making work-life balance tough at times. Some people find the structure a bit rigid for a big corporate setup.
Advice to Management: Focus more on sustainable growth targets and less on the daily grind. Recognize efforts beyond just placement numbers to really boost team morale and reduce burnout for recruiting staff.

Culture's okay, decent for remote roles
Pros: As an IT Recruiter, I found my team pretty solid. We helped each other out a lot. The remote work from Dallas made my schedule much easier.
Cons: It's a very sales-driven culture, so hitting targets is a big deal. The constant pressure in tech recruitment can get tough. Sometimes, things felt a bit impersonal due to the size of the company.
Advice to Management: Try to balance the focus on metrics with employee well-being. More consistent communication from leadership would help improve team morale.

Hybrid model works, but could use more WFH
Pros: I liked the hybrid model initially. We got 2-3 WFH days a week which was helpful. For a corporate environment, they do offer some work flexibility for Technical Recruiter roles.
Cons: The onsite requirements feel a bit rigid sometimes. If you're looking for full remote work in the IT staffing industry, this isn't it. It's hard to adjust your schedule much.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more flexibility, maybe 3-4 WFH days, especially for seasoned employees. Trust your teams more with their schedules.
