Pros: I liked working remote from Dallas as a Customer Service Representative. The work-from-home setup was super flexible, which is great for the e-commerce mattress industry. Daily tasks were pretty easy to learn.
Cons: But job security was a real worry. We'd see lots of seasonal layoffs for customer support roles after big sales events. It felt like you were always on shaky ground.
Advice to Management: Puffy really needs to work on staffing stability. Being more upfront about potential layoffs or offering better transition support for customer support reps would help. It'd make people feel more secure in their remote jobs.
