Pros: As a Software Engineer, the option to work remotely has been a lifesaver. It really helps with my work-life balance, especially living in Bangalore. For software development roles, this WFH policy is a solid perk.
Cons: Hybrid models aren't really an option for most, it's either fully remote or fully onsite. There isn't much flexibility if your project manager prefers everyone in the office. It can be tough for team members who need to be onsite but want some flexibility.
