It's a stable company with interesting projects, which is great for building out a strong resume in a growing field.
Cons: While there are tons of learning chances, formal career progression or promotions can sometimes feel a bit slow. It's not always clear what the path is to move up quickly, even when you're taking on more responsibility. There are also some legacy systems that can make development a bit clunky at times, requiring more effort to integrate new features.
Advice to Management: Focus on clearer, more transparent paths for career advancement and promotions. Implementing a structured mentorship program could also really help employees navigate their growth within the company.
