Decent Place for IT Sales, Culture's Okay
I've been an Account Manager here in the Hong Kong office for a while. It's a pretty standard corporate environment for IT distribution. The overall company culture is stable, but don't expect too much innovation.
My team is pretty solid and we support each other well. You get decent exposure to various tech solutions. The job security feels good for a mid-sized company in HK.
The management style can be a bit old-school, which makes the company culture feel a little stagnant. There's not much work flexibility, as it's primarily an onsite work model. Career growth for sales roles isn't super clear.
Try to encourage more fresh ideas from staff, especially for junior roles. A more modern approach to company culture could really help with morale and attracting new talent.
