Pros: I loved working with the products. It's a really cool brand in luxury streetwear, and the team in the Los Angeles, CA store was generally solid. You get decent discounts on gear too.
Cons: Career growth for a Sales Associate is tough. There aren't many opportunities to move up the ladder in fashion retail. You're pretty much stuck as an onsite sales person unless a manager leaves, which doesn't happen often.
Advice to Management: Think about creating more structured career paths for Sales Associates. Maybe offer training programs for Assistant Manager roles or opportunities to cross-train in other departments to boost internal promotions.

Pros: Being a Retail Sales Associate here means you meet a lot of cool people. The employee discount on streetwear is solid, which is a big plus in the fashion industry. Our team in the New York City store is pretty tight-knit, we help each other out.
Cons: Work-life balance can be tough sometimes, especially during holiday rushes or new product drops. Weekend shifts are common, and closing hours can run late, so planning personal time is hard. It's not a 9-5, so be ready for that.
Advice to Management: Try to offer more predictable scheduling for your retail staff. It would really help with employee morale and retention if we knew our schedules further in advance.
