Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparations and submission of claims
- Monitoring and checking cost and financial income / expenditure status of the project(s) assigned monthly and preparation of project budgets in accordance with the in-house procedure
- Prepare sub-contract documents and other agreements
- Advise the Project Quantity Surveying Teams on essential terms and conditions of the Main Contract and identify the ambiguities and discrepancies in the contract documents
- Prepare and settle final accounts of both Main Contract and Sub-contracts
- Prepare tender documents for subletting and major procurement and carry out tender analysis and recommendation
- Assist in preparations and submission of legal matters related to the project
Job Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, or minimum 10 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying if possess professional qualification
- With at least 5 years experience in managerial position
- Degree holder in Quantity Surveying related discipline or equivalent
- Membership of recognized professional institutions, e.g. HKIS, RICS, CICES or equivalent
- Technical knowledge in quantity surveying including measurement, valuation of variations, drafting contractual letters and documents
- Sound leadership and communication skills
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Contracts Manager
