A leading global design practice is seeking an experienced Senior Design Director to lead and grow its Interiors team in Hong Kong. This is a rare opportunity for an established design leader to step into a role with genuine long-term progression, with a pathway towards wider business leadership and future equity participation.

The business delivers some of the largest and most complex interior environments globally, with a significant portfolio across integrated resorts, hotels, entertainment, retail and mixed-use developments throughout Asia. Current and upcoming projects include large-scale casino resort environments, hospitality destinations and high-profile commercial developments requiring both creative excellence and strong delivery leadership.

This role will sit alongside the current Managing Director and take responsibility for leading and developing the Hospitality division. Beyond driving project quality and design direction, the successful candidate will play a key role in expanding and mentoring the team as the studio continues its growth plans.

We are looking to speak with senior Interior Design leaders who can demonstrate:

• Extensive Interior Design experience, across hospitality, retail, entertainment, and leisure projects
• Proven leadership of teams of 30–40+ people
• Experience delivering large-scale complex projects and developments
• Strong understanding of project delivery, systems and documentation
• Exceptional design leadership combined with operational experience
• Experience within integrated resorts, casinos, large-scale retail or airport hospitality environments would be highly advantageous
• Asia or international project exposure preferred
