Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert in Identity and Access Management (IAM), leading the architecture, design, implementation, and ongoing management of workforce IAM capabilities, including user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and entitlement management.
- Evaluate and design robust security controls to mitigate identity-related threats, and ensure secure delivery of identity security solutions by embedding practices such as SAST and DAST within the deployment lifecycle.
- Design and drive seamless integration between enterprise applications and identity security platforms to ensure secure and efficient access management.
- Provide support across the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including architecture and infrastructure design, technical requirement documentation, system and user testing, user training, and ongoing maintenance and support.
- Collaborate closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met, and that security solutions are effectively implemented.
- Partner with IT teams and business users to facilitate the successful adoption and enablement of identity security solutions across the organization.
You will be ideal candidate if you...
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Professional cybersecurity certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or CISP are highly desirable. Certifications related to identity security solutions (e.g., IGA, IAM, IdP) are an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in delivering and managing security solutions, including implementation and operational support, or relevant technology projects. Proven hands-on experience in implementing identity security solutions (IGA/IAM/IdP) is preferred.
- Solid understanding of IAM principles and industry standards, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), identity lifecycle management, RBAC/PBAC/ABAC models, LDAP, and entitlement management.
- Proven ability to gather and translate business and technical requirements into end-to-end architecture and integration designs for identity security solutions is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of access control mechanisms across directory services, databases, and enterprise applications. Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR) concepts would be a strong plus.
- Strong technical foundation in computer systems, including operating systems, databases, networking, infrastructure, containerisation technologies, and cloud platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, along with strong organisational and time management abilities. Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment while building effective relationships with stakeholders.
