Total experience of 8 to 12 years
Hands-on experience as an Agile coach managing large and strategic programs
Strong understanding of how Agile works and the agile principles
Experience as an agile coach in flagship Digital or Data programs in large insurance companies would be preferred
Any experience in regional multi-country programs in APAC would be a huge advantage.
Strong understanding of the SDLC lifecycle
Any certifications in the Project Management or the Agile space is a must
Any Insurance experience in the APAC market would be a huge advantage
Cantonese speaking would be an added advantage
