Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, offering tailored investment and wealth management solutions.
Identify and acquire new clients by leveraging existing networks and business development strategies.
Provide comprehensive financial advisory services, including asset allocation, investment planning, and risk management.
Collaborate with internal investment, compliance, and product teams to provide customized solutions.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.
Maintain strong client relationships through regular portfolio reviews, market insights, and proactive engagement.
Work closely with assistant relationship managers and support teams to enhance client service and operational efficiency.
Stay informed on financial markets, investment products, and economic trends to provide informed advice to clients.

Requirements

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or a related financial institution.
Proven ability to acquire, develop, and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.
Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and asset allocation strategies.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance, and KYC procedures in private banking.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong ability to work independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide tailored financial solutions.
Proficiency in CRM systems, financial software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in Chinese and English.
