As a Finance Manager, Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing and overseeing day-to-day financial operations and reporting activities.
- Preparing and analyzing budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal financial policies.
- Supporting strategic business decisions through financial insights and analysis.
- Leading month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on financial matters.
- Identifying opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
- Supervising and mentoring junior finance team members.
Anforderungsprofil
A Successful Finance Manager Should Have
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related disciplines
- Professional qualification such as CPA or ACCA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance
- Solid understanding of P&L, variance analysis, and business performance drivers
- Experience in business partnering and stakeholder management
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, able to present to senior management
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
