The Operation Future Leader Program will be a 2-year long program. It aims at developing young talents of high caliber as future leaders of DSV Solutions. The program embarks the candidate on a journey specially designed to give you the skills and international experience they need to build a career in Logistics.
The Program Will Be
- 2-year long Trainee program
- Internal job rotations, overseas assignment.
- Well-rounded on-the-job training and theoretical training
- Practical projects to apply all that is learnt in real situations and start having an impact
- Supported by a mentor to further help them navigate in DSV and their future career
