Responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the equipment department, developing and implementing annual and monthly maintenance plans, managing the procurement and use of fittings, spare parts, and consumables, and ensuring the efficient operation of factory facilities and equipment to support the improvement of production capacity, product quality, and cost optimization.
Equipment Maintenance
Coordinate the maintenance of factory/system/equipment.
Coordinate the calibration of instruments/gauges.
Supervise and review the filling and preservation of maintenance records.
Develop and supervise the implementation of routine maintenance plans.
Develop equipment maintenance workflows and standards to ensure that maintenance work complies with relevant regulations and GMP.
Evaluate equipment operating conditions, predict possible failures, and develop preventive maintenance plans.
Identify and diagnose maintenance issues, develop and implement corrective action plans.
Manage the equipment maintenance team, assign tasks and supervise work quality to ensure the normal operation of structures, interior furnishings, equipment, floors, ceilings, pipes, temperature control, air systems, electrical systems and other related systems.
Cost Control
Supervise the inventory of tools and equipment to ensure timely purchases and reduce losses.
Develop maintenance staffing quota standards based on warranty requirements for factory/systems/equipment.
Analyze and resolve maintenance cost control deviations.
Process Equipment Management
Supervise and guide workshop equipment management to ensure normal operation of equipment.
Review and approve procurement plans of factory/facility/equipment parts/spare parts, and supervise inventory management.
Lead equipment technological innovation projects, promote equipment upgrades and process optimization to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
Safety Management
Formulate and implement equipment operation safety regulations, regularly check equipment safety hazards, and promptly report and resolve issues.
Organize and supervise the safety training of equipment operators to improve the safety awareness of all staff.

制药/工程/机械或相关专业大专及以上学历
2)5年以上医药/制药行业工程维护相关工作经验或管理工作经验
知识与技能
熟悉设备管理等基本制度、流程与规范等
深入了解生产工艺流程、SOP操作规范、安全操作规范及GMP要求等
熟悉车间相关规范及要求
熟练掌握本岗位设备操作及技能

Education and Experience
Diploma or above in Pharmaceutical/Engineering/Machinery or equivalent.
More than 5 years of relevant engineering maintenance or management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge and Skill
Familiar with the basic system, process and standard of equipment management.
In-depth knowledge of production processes, SOP, operation regulation, and GMP requirements.
Familiar with workshop-related regulations and requirements.
Proficiency in equipment operation and maintenance skills.
Ability and Quality
