What the role is?
The role will support written customer enquiries, correspondence handling, and daily administrative operations while ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
- Perform administrative support duties, including post-sales call handling and document processing
- Assist in customer enquiries and requests handing through written channels in professional manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth case follow-up
- Support service improvement initiatives and undertake other ad hoc duties as assigned
Who we look for?
- Diploma holder or above in any disciplines
- With prior clerical working experience or documentation drafting or handling
- Good written communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Customer-focused with sound problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
