Responsibilities
工作职责：
- Implement, review, and establish innovative construction methods.
负责实施、检查和建立项目管理的标准；
- Create, document, review, and retire digital project delivery knowledge.
负责数字项目的统筹规划、体系建设施等全生命周期管理；
- Oversee project delivery to ensure effective execution.
负责监督项目交付，确保有效执行。
- Coordinate and prepare master programs or working schedules.
协调和准备任务或制定工作分工
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors regarding contract implementation and operational details.
与客户，顾问和主要承包商就合同执行和操作细节保持联系。
- Identify and resolve potential implementation and operational issues, coordinating across various trades.
识别和解决潜在的执行和操作问题，协调各个行业。
- Manage a range of IoT devices, embedded controllers, and data transmission modules.
管理一系列物联网设备，嵌入式控制器和数据传输模块。
- Participate in demonstrations, trial runs, and commissioning with clients.
参与客户的演示、试运行和调试。
- Prepare progress reports and submission schedules.
准备进度报告和提交时间表。
- Ensure compliance with statutory and licensing requirements, such as SSSS, DWSS, EDMS, etc.

Requirements
任职要求
- Degree holder or above in Civil Engineering, Building Services, Construction, or related disciplines.
硬性条件：四年统招一本科以上学历，土木工程，建筑服务，建筑或相关学科。
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in major civil or building projects.
具备3年以上大型土木或智慧建筑项目相关工作经验；
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
具备良好的人际交往和沟通能力。
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
熟练掌握英语及粤语的说、写能力。
- Enthusiasm for high-tech and construction industries.
热爱高新技术和建筑行业。
- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
具备优秀的抗压能力，能够保质保量完成工作任务。
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
具备优秀的人际关系和沟通技巧，能够与客户和利益相关者建立和维护关系。
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
熟练使用Word， Excel， PowerPoint和MS Project。
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and effective individual contributor with a strong team collaboration ability.
注重细节，积极主动，有较强的团队协作能力。
- Immediate availability is highly preferable.
