What this job invovles:

Assist in the daily operation, monitoring, and preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
Support senior engineers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly and safely
Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation of system performance and maintenance activities
Comply with all safety, environmental, and operational standards (including JLL and client-specific protocols)
Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies as required
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless facility operations

Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications

Required

Desired experience and technical skills

Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related technical field
1–3 years of hands-on experience in facilities engineering, preferably in data centers, commercial buildings, or industrial environments
Basic understanding of UPS systems, generators, chillers, CRAC units, and power distribution is preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance and reliability
Valid local trade certification (e.g., HV/LV license) may be required depending on location
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or on-call shifts
