Responsibilities:
Warehouse & Logistics Operations
- Partner with the APAC Supply Chain Management team to shape and execute the regional operations strategy, driving efficiency, service excellence, and sustainable cost improvements.
- Lead and manage the relationship with regional 3PL warehouse partners, ensuring robust operational processes, strong compliance, and continuous performance enhancement.
- Continuously evaluate and challenge existing workflows, introducing best practices and process innovations to ensure scalability and future readiness.
- Lead commercial and service negotiations with 3PL providers to secure optimal cost structures and service levels.
Automation & System Operations
- Coordinate with internal IT, Finance, and 3PL partners to build, enhance, and maintain automation system infrastructure supporting warehouse and logistics operations.
- Collaborate closely with HQ and IT teams to ensure seamless system performance, data integrity, and operational reliability.
- Drive digital improvement initiatives that enhance accuracy, visibility, and operational throughput.
Organizational Leadership
- Act as a proactive problem solver, addressing day‑to‑day operational issues and supporting cross‑functional stakeholders with timely and effective solutions.
- Provide coaching, training, and ongoing development to build a high-performing team with strong technical and operational capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
- At least 8 years’ experience in Inbound / Outbound/ Warehouse. Experience of working in other areas of Supply Chain is also desirable
- Strong communication skill and strong business acumen
- Understanding of Oracle & WMS preferred
- Good English. Experience in MNC and a fast-paced environment.
- Strong numerical skill with strong sales operation and forecast / demand planning skills are desirable
- A highly motivated self-starter with strong individual and team working skills
