岗位职责：

工作地点：可远程办公，具体安排面谈。

Job Responsibilities

Design and teach finance-related courses, including but not limited to financial markets, investment analysis, risk management, etc.
Produce course videos, participate in live teaching sessions, and interact with students.
Continuously optimize course content based on student feedback to improve teaching quality.
Participate in market research, stay updated on industry trends, and adjust course offerings accordingly.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, economics, or related fields.
Extensive knowledge and practical experience in finance, capable of teaching independently.
Strong communication and presentation skills, able to effectively motivate students.
Prior experience in live or recorded teaching is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits

During the probation period, salary is paid per course, with additional performance bonuses.
After probation, enjoy basic salary plus performance bonuses, along with social security and housing fund benefits.
Commission based on course sales.
Outstanding performers may have the opportunity to work in Hong Kong.

Work Location: Remote work is possible; specific arrangements will be discussed in the interview.
