Details of Position: - Manage and resolve the queries from social media
- Handle and resolve customer queries and requests via phone and email on products and services in a professional manner with tactful customer service skills
- Cooperate with other teams and team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems
- Participate in other ad-hoc projects Job Requirement
Qualifications Requirement: F.5 or above
Experience Requirement: Not Limited
Computer Application: Skilled
Language Proficiency: Cantonese / Fluent English / Fluent Mandarin / Fluent
Others: - DSE or above in Customer Services/ Language/ Business related discipline
- 1 year working experience, preferable in Jewellery industry (Fresh Graduates are also welcome)
- Good telephone manner in handling incoming & outgoing correspondence on customers’ inquiries
- Knowledge on PC applications
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Immediate available is an advantage
**Candidate with more experience will be considered for the post of Senior Customer Service Representative/Assistant Customer Service Officer**
