Lead a team of staff to perform overhaul-based maintenance or perform condition-based maintenance in stations and ancillary buildings
Perform inspection, checking, verification and supervision on maintenance activities of Architectural, Builder Works and Finishing (ABWF) and Plumbing & Drainage System (P&D) that carried out by contractors in stations and ancillary buildings
Perform repair, modification, preventive and corrective maintenance work
Handle Condition Monitoring and Predictive Maintenance activities such as Machinery Vibration Analysis, Dynamic Balancing, Alignment Correction, Lube Oil Sample Analysis, Infrared Thermographic and Ultrasonic Detection, etc
Participate in equipment failure investigation and coordinate with maintenance contractors on modification and C&R Works
Requirements
Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Building Services Engineering / Building or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience
Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Building Services Engineering / Building or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience or 2 years’ post apprenticeship experience
Remarks
Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered
Required to perform shift duties and work on weekend and public holidays, when and where required
The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme.
